Ring of Kerry Holiday Cottages are located adjacent to the Ring of Kerry Golf Club, on an elevated site with views over Kenmare Bay in County Kerry. These coastal holiday homes in Kerry are 8 km from the heritage town of Kenmare.
These large and spacious holiday homes are situated on the Sneem road which forms part of the Ring of Kerry route. This is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding coastline, mountains and nearby towns, offering a well-positioned self-catering option in Kerry.

STAY, PLAY & DINE - A GOLF & DINING PERK FOR OUR GUESTS
Guests staying in our Kerry holiday homes can enjoy exclusive rates at the nearby Ring of Kerry Golf Club, with a round available from €120 per person (normally €180), along with 10% off food and drinks at the Nua Vista restaurant overlooking the course. Set above Kenmare Bay, this 18-hole course offers wide fairways, well-kept greens and views of the Atlantic coastline and Caha Mountains throughout your round. Full details on how to avail of these offers will be shared after booking.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or per unit used, or via a pre-paid meter. In other cases, energy may be included in the rental rate. We recommend confirming with the Property Manager prior to arrival how charges are applied.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home. This may be taken by pre-authorisation of your credit card or on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Speed Bumps:
Care should be taken on the access road leading to and from the holiday homes as there are several speed bumps.
4. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange.
No guest under the age of 25 can book a Holiday Home. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by at least one person over 25
Cancellation policy
On all reservations:The non-refundable booking deposit is withheld.
Cancel within 8 weeks of arrival all monies paid are retained

Fabulous stay
The view was just amazing, houses had great privacy, the stay was excellent value for money and Helga was a pleasure to deal with and really helpful.

Pretty spacious and quiet house
The house is well equipped, the kitchen too, with salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, trash bags, dishwasher tablets...
The mattress in the en-suite room could be changed. For the others, I don’t know.

Gorgeous View!
Really loved our stay, wish it were longer. The house was very clean and well equipped. And the caretakers were absolutely wonderful, super helpful with how to use the water heater and with great recommendations for the area. Would love to go back. The location was great for the area, just 10 minutes from Kenmare and had just the most beautiful view. :)

Home from home!
Super location, spacious house, facilities were all great! Helga was great help too!
The only negative is the road to the house from the main road! Driving, running and cycling were all an issue because of the unmarked speed bumps and numerous potholes!

Never disappoints & always a pleasure to stay at ROK
Everything about the ROK houses are perfect for a relaxing quality filled stay, hence why we keep coming back year after year. Service is top notch as always.
It would be great if both TV’s could show Saorview and Free to Air on each rather than Individually as is the case at the moment. WiFi is a good addition to the house, ensuring stability of service is key.

Absolute gem a bit far out
These houses were absolutely amazing. Loads of space for the group we had, and wayyy nicer than we were expecting for the price we paid.
The road into the actual houses was absolutely terrible, covered in unmarked, almost dangerous speed-bumps. The location of the house is okay if you have a car, otherwise it’s a bit far out.

Lovely family holiday
On arrival we were all surprised by the size of the property, it's light and spacious. It has a lovely feel to it. The only thing we missed was comfortable garden furniture , the picnic table is the only thing and that's not particularly comfy. Beds really comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Good WiFi. Smart tv.. We had a great holiday. The locatio is very quiet. We don't play golf, the house is probably better suited to people who do as it is located on the golf coutse, but it isn't essential 😉...............................

Exceptional location
The host, Helga was very helpful and nice and had a huge box of chocolate as welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived. The view was outstanding and the house was very spacious and accommodating.
we will definitely come back.
Small things such as dish washer tablet, coffee and tea were missing... However it was not a big deal as the supermarket was only a few minutes drive away. It would be better to include the cost of electricity, gas and towels to the total cost rather than paying them separately. Last thing the plates need to be replaced as they were broken.

Maison spacieuse et très confortable
L'accueil de Heather et son mari. Ils ont été adorables. Sinon, nous avons apprécié l'espace dans la maison, le calme du quartier, la vue sur la baie de Kenmare, les lits queen size, la chambre avec la salle de bain privée, les deux salons avec télés, la cuisine très bien équipées. Il y avait beaucoup d'ustensiles pour cuisiner.
