The house is located in the pretty Swedish town. If you are planning a calm and quiet vacation being in the nature, here you can experience a genuine and fantastically beautiful ocean and forest. Every season have its aesthetic charm, you'll love the nature in Havstenssund.
Spend a special moments with family (with kids) and significant others! There are several fantastic local restaurants and shops in the closest town Grebbestad as well.

Welcome to our pretty Summer house!
This 100㎡ Swedish style house is located in a quiet area, face to the ocean. It has wooden deck, kitchen with dining table, living area with fire place, living room, and outdoor spa bath.
The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. As long as we call it as a “summer house”, we spend time any time we want of the year, we’d like to share this relaxing and cosy place with guests.
Make yourself at home, enjoy the quiet and bliss moment being in the nature.

- Master bedroom
The room has a queen size bed and TV. You may feel relaxed with the good quality mattress. The closet on the both sides are available.

- 2nd bedroom
The room is upstairs with 2 single size bed, closet, and dresser. You’ll be able to see the forest view from the window.

- 3rd bedroom
The room is also upstairs with a double size bed and chest.

- 4th bedroom
The room is next to the master bedroom, with a single bed, closet, and desk.

- Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need! With cooking tools, plats, dishwasher, microwave, induction oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, and espresso machine. This area is famous as an active fishing community. We recommend you to buy fresh shrimps and seafoods in the local supermarket. They are amazingly tasty!
Lighting up the table by candles, you’ll spend hours by having a good dinner and chatting.

- Living area
There are two living area in the house. In the ground floor, around the fireplace, there are three lamino lounge chairs. Lighting fire on the fireplace, sitting in the lounge chair, and gazing at the ocean is bliss moment.

There is a sofa and two lounge chairs, and TV upstairs. You’ll be able to see the great ocean view clearly from upstairs. Books and some board games in the shelf. Feel free to enjoy with them.

- Bathroom
There is a bathroom with shower(include shampoo and body soap), washbasin, and toilet. Laundry/ dryer are downstairs.

- Jacuzzi
It could be a wonderful experience warming up the body and relaxing in the bath and watching a magical night sky! The water is always heated up around 38°C during your stay. The jacuzzi opens during the whole year and is welcoming you.
