Une villa unique située dans le cadre exceptionnel de Cas Abou, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer d'un bleu éclatant et les magnifiques paysages de Curaçao. Le quartier paisible de Cas Abou (à proximité de la plage de Cas Abou) se trouve sur la côte sud de Curaçao, dans la partie ouest de Banda Abou. La plage privée du complexe de Cas Abou se trouve à 200 mètres de la maison, ce qui est idéal pour faire de la plongée avec tuba ou profiter d’une baignade rafraîchissante. La Villa Grandi Bista (superbe vue) est située dans la partie supérieure du complexe, ce qui vous offre une vue magnifique dans toutes les directions et une bonne exposition au vent. À l’arrière, vous donnez sur l’ancienne plantation et la maison de campagne de Cas Abou, aujourd’hui transformée en réserve naturelle. À l’avant et depuis chaque chambre, vous profitez d’une magnifique vue sur la mer et les baies.

La maison présente un agencement spacieux avec un espace ouvert cuisine/salon/salle à manger, autour duquel s’articulent les chambres et les salles de bains.

L'appartement, doté de sa propre cuisine/salon, d'une chambre, d'une salle de bains et d'une terrasse, est situé au rez-de-chaussée de la maison ; vous bénéficiez également d'une magnifique vue sur la mer depuis l'appartement.

La véranda est très spacieuse et comprend une table à manger (pour 8 personnes), des chaises longues et un coin salon. La piscine (8 x 4 m, soit 32 m²) est attenante au porche ; vous y trouverez également des toilettes, ce qui vous évite de traverser la maison en maillot de bain mouillé.

This property is just as advertised - in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. The house, deck and pool area are well furnished. The kitchen is well outfitted with utensils, dishes and silverware. The owner and local host were very responsive to all questions and needs. Would stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Grandi Bista! Communication with the owner and property manager were easy. The house is in a neighborhood and has spectacular views, to the front towards the ocean and the back the countryside! The property is well laid out and the outside area, which is important to us was terrific! We will be back!

Great views, nice breeze, convenient and secure location.

We enjoyed our stay here. The views were great and the breeze was welcome; we were able to sleep with windows open saving on the cost of AC. The pool was refreshing and the access to the ocean without having to travel to a beach was fun and convenient. Our concierge, Monique, was helpful and available when needed.

Paradise with a VIEW!!

This property was clean, cozy, and had plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the view of the ocean from the deck and pool and a view of the valley below from the back of the house!! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be away from the busyness of town and enjoy a quieter area living amongst the locals.

Wonderful two weeks!

The villa and its location were spectacular, especially the view. There were a few minor issues, but these were addressed by Diana (villa manager) quickly. Outdoor area offered plenty of seating in the shade, and the pool was refreshing after a hot day. The living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and baths were well-equipped and very comfortable. I heartily recommend Grandi Bista to anyone!

We will be back!

This place is even better than the pictures and listing. It was a great set up for our family.Perfect location to be able to explore the island and then have a beautiful end to your night on the patio. We had additional family that stayed just up the road and we all were able to gather here comfortably at the end of the day for a swim, drink and games together. Highly recommend this house. Best of both worlds with the valley on one side of you and beautiful ocean view on the other..

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. The house is beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out. The pool was very refreshing and we spent a good amount of time in the vast, shaded outdoor space. The home was well equipped, having everything we needed. There were even some coolers (cold boxes) that we loaded up for the beach. The grill was especially handy for a few dinners. Despite the heat, the house stayed fairly tolerable with the doors and windows open. At night we closed up anything without a screen (to avoid mosquitoes) and turned on the air conditioners in the bedrooms. The downstairs apartment also had a nice ocean view. Although we didn’t stay in that space, the extra bathroom and shower came in handy. There were a few hiccups during our stay with the WiFi and MBR plumbing, but Diana (the property manager) was amazing. She was very responsive and kept us updated. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The owner was also lovely to work with and was quick to respond to my messages. All and all, we had an amazing time on a beautiful island. The Cas Abao public beach was our favorite snorkeling spot, although you couldn’t really go wrong with any of the ones we visited. The food was good, the locals were friendly and the snorkeling was probably the best I’ve seen. The ocean was calm and the water crystal clear.

We enjoyed our stay very much, however, you do need a car as there is nothing close or within walking distance. It is the first time I have rented a VRBO where we had to supply our own toilet paper and there were no cleaning supplies that we could find.

The property is a fantastic location with views of the sea and across Curacao. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a group of 7 and the outdoor dining table allows for dinner with a great view.We look on returning to Curacao soon and hopefully will be able to stay here once again.The hill to house is fun but easy with an automatic car. The only improvement recommendation I have is to install bug screens on the small window slates so they can remain open at night without worry of insects/mosquitos.

Perfect Vacation Homebase

Our group of 5 had a wonderful time here at Villa Grandi Bista. The all around views are as good as you can get and the breeze through and around the house keeps it feeling comfortable all day long. Monique the host is great and very helpful from when we first arrived to any questions we had while we were there. We mostly drove to local beaches each morning and would come back in the afternoon to relax and recharge at the pool. We even cancelled dinner plans a couple of times so we could stay around the house in the evenings and enjoy the space. If you need the extra push - STAY AT VILLA GRANDI BISTA!!

Almost Paradise

We were a group of 5 and stayed at Villa Grandi Bista from Christmas to New Year’s Day - and it was so difficult to leave! This property is amazing - the pictures don’t do it justice. Monique was very attentive to our needs and full of suggestions for our first ever visit to Curacao. The neighborhood is very peaceful with amazing views all around. We could see fireworks on New Years from all over the island! We plan to come back to do some of the things we weren’t able to do on this trip - and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. I can’t recommend this property enough.

My scuba dive group enjoyed a week long stay at Cas Abou. A few snags getting out communications connected. Also the use of electricity and water is charged from the first spark/drop. (I have never seen that before.) The house is wonderful, in a great location. Monique was always available and forthright with information and assistance.

A Great Escape

Villa Grandi Bista is a great space for escaping the New England winter and relaxing in the Carribean. It was a clean with very open and comfortable common areas for stretching out. The kitchen was setup nicely and met our cooking needs. The master bedroom/bath was spacious, the other two bedrooms on the upper floor were small in comparison. We loved lounging under the palapa and cooling off in the deep pool. Communication with the property manager and owner was pleasant. A PSA for those interested in possibly walking to Cas Abou beach (not Cas Abou Resort's beach) - we tried to and found the trail was overgrown and culminated in a steep coral rock descent to the beach.

Wonderful property in a terrific location

Our family of 6 spent a week at this property, utilizing the main house upstairs (3 bedrooms) as well as the apartment downstairs. It was plenty of house for 6 people. The outdoor living space is lovely, with seating for at least 8 for dinner, a grill, a sitting and lounging area, and a refreshing pool, all offering a beautiful view of the Caribbean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, etc. The doors open up to allow the cooling winds to keep the house at a very comfortable temperature. Bedroom doors can be closed to utilize the more than adequate cooling units present in each room. Cas Abou is a quiet part of the island, and we found our rental car a necessity to visit various beaches and parks. Monique, our contact person for the house, was attentive and very pleasant. We had a great vacation and highly recommend this property.

Loved the rental, clean, well equipped, pool perfect

This rental had everything we needed, was modern with an American style kitchen and fast wifi. Plenty of room to spread out, comfy furniture, all good. Pics of the rental are true. Awesome views, privacy, iguanas and birds fun to watch. It was unusually hot while we were there(both national parks closed due to dangerous heat) and the AC in the 3 bedrooms was not designed to cool the main living areas so be aware that it can be very hot depending. Good fans, though, and the pool was deep, big, clean and cooling. Monique helped us get to the rental; best to arrive during daylight. She was also helpful throughout. This location is close to the 3 snorkeling areas I wanted to do along the NW coast. Perfect. For dining we were close to Daniel, Landhuis Klein Santa Martha and for pizza Tomatoes beach restaurant in Piscadero. Great rental and fun trip!

Magnifique Villa spacieuse avec vue fantastique des deux côtés (on voit la vallée à l’avant et la mer du côté de la terrasse), pour des levers et des couchers de soleil impressionnants! Quartier sécuritaire (avec gardien/barrière) littéralement à côté de la belle plage Cas Abao et à 30 min de toutes les plages et des attractions de l’ouest de l’île (Shete Boka, Christoffekpark). Comme la maison est située en hauteur, il y a beaucoup de vent qui rend la chaleur supportable et éloigne les moustiques! La piscine est creuse et une douche extérieure est disponible pour se débarrasser du sable au retour de la plage, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons aussi apprécié l’espace pour faire du lavage et étendre notre linge pour tout faire sécher rapidement. Les communications ont été rapides et efficaces tout au long de notre séjour, et Diana (qui gère les locations pour la propriétaire) a été accommodante avec nous pour l’arrivée et le départ. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!À noter que l’électricité et l’eau sont chargés en sus à la fin du séjour.

Dit was voor ons de zesde keer dat wij een huis op Curaçao hebben gehuurd (Bottelier, Jan Sofat, Coral Estate en Cas Abou) en we kunnen in alle oprechtheid zeggen dat dit het beste huis van allemaal was. De ligging is perfect, bovenop de heuvel met prachtig uitzicht over de zee én het binnenland. Dag en nacht een verkoelend briesje. Het huis is prachtig ontworpen en verkeerd in optimale conditie. Het is bovendien voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is precies het juiste formaat en de palapa biedt meer dan genoeg ruimte om met vier volwassenen te relaxen op de comfortabele ligbedden. Cas Abou was al onze favoriete plek op het eiland, maar door Villa Grandi Bista is dat gevoel alleen maar sterker geworden.

Amazing hillside Villa

Wonderful, spacious villa in a beautiful setting with a fantastic view. Cocktail hour at the pool and dinner on the balcony with our family were highlights of our stay. This combined with the great location and easy access to all that Curacao has to offer makes this a superb rental. Our host, Monique, was friendly and helpful. Five stars all around.

Great location and property

My party had a great stay here. The property was beautiful, as advertised. The location is away from the downtown area, which meant trading proximity to restaurants and grocery stores for access to better beaches and fewer tourists. I would definitely stay here again.
