Modern comfortable single-story house with large south facing terrace situated in a relaxing rural location surrounded by lovely peaceful countryside. Ideally situated to explore the region with Le Mont Saint Michel just 25 minutes away.

The living area is open plan which makes it a very light and airy environment with plenty of windows plus 2 large patio doors leading to different areas of the garden.

There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a super- king-size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and chest of drawers plus dressing table. The bathroom is immediately next door with shower, WC and vanity unit.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe and drawer units and en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and vanity unit.

The kitchen, with fridge freezer and dishwasher leads to the front large comfortable terrace where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the countryside. The terrace has salon furniture, table, chairs and parasol. The garden is laid to lawn, with some rockeries, pants, sunbeds and BBQ. There is also a herb garden - please help yourself!

The open plan lounge has 2 very comfortable cream leather sofas, a 48 inch wide TV screen, music centre and plenty of CD’s and DVD’s to keep everyone entertained. The open plan dining area has a table and seats up to 8 people and via the large patio doors leads out to a completely private al fresco dining area with table and 4 chairs, and is a perfect sun trap in the afternoons.

There is ample parking in front of the house..

The pool is open May to September and is a heated outdoor above ground pool which adds to security and safety. The large raised terrace has sun-beds, patio set and umbrella for extra comfort. There is also a foot bath and solar powered shower. The pool is sheltered with 3 sides of tall hedgerows and beautiful archways full of passion flowers and climbing roses.

The pool is shared with 2 other properties at Les Basses Beaulinges. Each property has their own garden all of which have plants and tall hedges to screen the gardens so that none of the properties overlook one another.

Animals
Dogs are welcome, subject to approval, please request at time of booking and identify the breed. We do not accept cats.

Our nearest town of Ducey has beautiful gardens, a chateau and a weir. There are a selection of shops including Boucherie, Patisserie, Hairdressers, Pharmacie and large Carrefour supermarket.

Further afield you can explore Le Mont St Michel which is just 25 minutes away, St Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Granville, Bayeux plus a choice of quiet or family beaches. We are also the perfect location for a day out to the Normandy landing beaches.
