WAVERLEY, pet friendly, character holiday cottage in Lyme Regis

Waverley in Lyme Regis, Dorset, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.

The living areas consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a doble and a twin along with a bathroom, and a ground-floor shower room with hairdryer. Outside there is a decked veranda with furniture, an enclosed courtyard with furniture, and permit parking in Woodmead Halls long stay car park. One well-behaved small/medium fog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles and the beach in 0.3 miles. Highchair and travel cot available (please bring own bedding). WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Waverley is a wonderful base for exploring Dorset as a family. Note: Children should take care outside with the steps leading down from the veranda to the courtyard; please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Do take care as the lane is on a hill.
As with many characterful properties, there are sloped ceilings in the bedroom with restricted head room in some parts.
