LEPHTERIS HOUSE
Lephteris House with two bedrooms is situated
in the garden below Karavotsakisma House. It has stunning sea views yet
being almost hidden from above provides privacy on its large terraces and in its private garden. The design finish and furnishings are of a high standard. All rooms and terraces have sea views with French windows opening onto the terraces.
This has one double (king size) bedroom and one twin bedroom which has ample room for an extra third bed (also space for a bed in a halfway gallery, carpeted but without full headroom); a stylish marble bathroom. A practical kitchen well equipped with electric oven and hob , dish washer, micro wave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle. There is a washing machine and ironing facilities etc. The living room has log burning stove, soft chairs and dining table. There are two terraces (providing sun and shade) furnished with marble dining table and sun loungers and a shady swing seat . There is a built-in BBQ kitchen in the house's private garden. Ceiling fans in each room, hairdryers in each bedroom. A safe deposit box. Cleaning is daily and bed linen and towels are changed regularly. Provisions for infants include cots, high chairs, car seats, toys, baby monitor.
A private garden door (lockable) leads to the POOL TERRACE with panoramic sea views and wonderful sunsets; this is furnished with cushioned loungers and big sun umbrellas. The pool is over 14 meters long with a shallow end. It is salt water chlorinated; an Australian system making it kind to the skin. There is a BBQ area. The pool is exclusively for our guests. There is a separate shaded GAMES TERRACE with table tennis, a pool table, table football and library.
SERVICE. Cleaning is daily and bed linen and towels are changed regularly. On arrival accommodations are arranged with fresh flowers, fruit, drinks and provisions for the first mornings breakfast.
CAR-HIRE is recommended not only as it is a steep walk up but also to allow you to enjoy the island fully. I am happy to arrange this for you. The car would be picked up and dropped off at the airport…. Or you may prefer to arrange this yourself.
FREE WIFI is available in the house, on the terraces and at the pool..
