Cosy, comfortable, quiet location, close to Pembs coast path,
Located in a converted 200 year old Pembrokeshire stone barn, comfortable with full central heating, a private enclosed patio, well equipped kitchen, owners live 200 yards so always on hand to help. Wildlife, dark skies area, dogs very welcome, excellent base for walking and beach holidays located a mile from the centre of the bustling small town of Newport. Popular, many guests return regularly and most say they sleep so well!
Great location to explore Pembrokeshire from. Easy access to beaches and nearby towns.
Laura the host was friendly and helpful at all times. Cottage was clean and comfortable.
We had a perfect stay near Newport, S-W., not only because of the wonderful aerea and weather but also because of our perfect hosts Laura and Andrew who were very friendly and we loved their amiable dogs as well.

The property was great as a base for touring that part of Wales. Hosts friendly.
The only negative was the long gravel road to the property, not great for motorcycles but as long as you take care it's manageable.
Close to Fishguard and St David's.
Yes I would stay there again.
Friendly hosts. Cottage ideal, warm and cosy. Brilliant walks from doorstep. Only thing we were not keen on was pulling out of the drive onto fast road.
Beautiful area and we loved walking, especially on the coast paths. Laura and Andrew are very friendly and made us feel welcome. Overall, we were happy with the cottage - just a shame about the noisy plumbing which couldn't be fixed during our stay.
Very pleased with the cottage & its level of convenience & comfort.
We were made to feel very welcome.
We did find the surrounding area of Pembrokeshire & Ceredigion somewhat sparse in terms of access to sea & âtouristâ provision.
Access to & from Holmws Cottages can be somewhat tricky on a 60mph road near a hidden bend.
