Hodgkin Hall, Lowick, Northumberland, sleeps eight guests in five bedrooms.
Hodgkin Hall is a stone built property situated on the edge of the village of Lowick, walking distance to a village pub serving excellent food. Once a former reading hall built by Lord Hodgkin for the local villagers, the property now provides excellent accommodation with top of the range contemporary fixtures and fittings and lovely soft furnishings. The spacious open plan living area has been arranged on the first floor to take advantage of the pretty rural views.

Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with single bed.
Bedroom 3 with king size bed, sofa, en suite bath, over shower, WC and basin.
Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC and basin.
Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Living/dining room large open plan with wide screen TV/DVD and CD player.
Kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave.
Bedroom 4 with single bed.
Bedroom 5 with double bed.

Small detached enclosed garden, picnic table and chairs. Electric central heating. All power, bed linen and towel included in rent. Private parking for 4 cars. Garage.

Town: The small attractive village of Lowick is ideally placed for a holiday in Northumberland. Kimmerston Riding Centre is just a few miles to the west of the village. The pretty village of Ford with its castle and craft shops is 2 miles away, part of the Ford and Etal Estate which has facilities for cycling and fishing, as well as a mini railway â ideal for all the family. There are also excellent golfing opportunities, with 8 golf courses within 20 miles of Lowick. Northumberlandâs beautiful coastline, Holy Island, the Cheviots for hill walking and mountain biking and the fascinating border town of Berwick, are all only short drives away. A superb base for exploring all the region has to offer.
