à propos de cet hébergement
No. 5 - stylish dog friendly town house. Moments to the sea. Sleeps 4+2. Parking
No. 5, PENZANCE
This stunning luxury townhouse is located a stone's throw from Penzanceâs world-famous promenade and art deco lido, Jubilee Pool. Itâs a central but tucked away location situated perfectly for exploring the best the town and surrounding area has to offer. Exuding style and comfort with tasteful, simple and light dĂ©cor throughout with the vaulted master suite offering a private balcony to breathe in the sea air.
No. 5 is a mid-terrace home set in a brand-new development set behind the Queens Hotel and is moments from the sea. One of only eight traditionally built houses it comprises a separate kitchen and living room downstairs, with a utility cupboard and cloak room off the kitchen. A double and bunk bedroom plus a family bathroom are on the first floor while the master suite with balcony can be found on the second floor. With an enclosed garden off the kitchen and allocated parking space, No. 5 is the ideal Penzance base set in a prime part of this sought after harbour town.
LOCATION
Be right in the heart of it all but tucked away enough to enjoy a relaxing stay. Leave the car as there is so much to explore from the doorstep here with coastal walks to Mousehole one way and Marazion to the other. Penzance has so many hidden treasures and many foodie delights to discover.
The best local attractions, shops, galleries, bars, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance. You can be in the oldest pub in Penzance, The Turks Head, dating from 1233, in a matter of minutes. Have a drink or a meal here and youâll be stepping back in history, enjoying the same public house as pirates and smugglers did 750 years ago. Or walk along the seafront to the famous Jubilee Pool, the UKâs largest art deco seawater lido.
Penzance is the gateway to the Landâs End peninsula and in the far west of Cornwall nothing is far away. The fishing harbour of Newlyn is a 20-minute walk along the seafront promenade, and the quaint village of Mousehole is only a 10 minutesâ drive away. Marazion, with the famous St. Michaelâs Mount, is easy to walk or drive to. St. Ives is easily reached using the scenic rail line from Penzance station. Sennen Cove, The Minack Theatre in Porthcurno, and The Cornish Mining World Heritage Site on the north coast, are all an easy drive away.

We are The Cornish Way Limited. My name is Seb and together with assistance from Adrienne and Lowenna we run The Cornish Way, a small local holiday agency managing a fine collection of cottages on behalf of their owners. Working from a converted dairy on the outskirts of Penzance together with our office dogs, Baloo and Herbie we are located close by to all the cottages.
