#It looked like a house that someone lives in and took a whole load of photos down and moved out for the week whilst it was rented.# in general the paintwork on all the doors and architrave was very dirty and marked, hadn’t been painted in a long time and wasn’t clean.# double sided sticky tape on walls where pictures or photos removed and in some cases the paint was removed from the walls# the front door step wooden threshold is rotten an very unstable to the point it will break soon. It also has not been painted in years and had much of the paint missing# the light casing in the porch was all broken# given it was a summer rental there was nowhere to sit in the garden. The small square glass table was at the end of the garden and filthy dirty. There were 3 chairs on the patio one of which wasn’t safe to sit in and the 4th chair was on the grass with the seat broken.# there were no pegs available for the washing line part of which couldn’t be used because of the overgrown plant/hedge from the fence.# the garden had kids toys lying around in it and was not cared for at all.# the conservatory roof was absolutely filthy and has not been cleaned in a long time# The kitchen splash back of 3 children was very inappropriate # the religious wording on the kitchen wall was not appropriate given you had no idea of our beliefs, religious or non- religious.# the head board in the small front bedroom upstairs was not fixed to anything and was dangerous
