Little Happiness at La Franqui Beach

In a residence with parking and pétanque ground, you can enjoy our studio located less than 1 km from the beach.
You can also go up to the cliff to take beautiful walks and photos of the sunrise.

The apartment has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. See my other property if in doubt, but decoration, comfort and seriousness are at the rendezvous in my rentals.

The space
Carefully renovated, this accommodation in which I spent my 2 months of vacation from a very young age is really a good place to spend a good vacation, in a pleasant setting.

Pétanque ground
Parking (access with a remote control which will be inside the apartment or given to you on your arrival)
Storage for bicycles but they can also stay on the terrace (provide padlock all the same)
The tennis court next door is often in free access but to confirm if the fence has been cut or not!
Other things to note
Lingerie not included (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, towel, bath mat, hand/dish towel).
Possibility to rent sheets/cover/pillowcase for 7€ per person.
Short stays: rental sheets + towel COMPULSORY due to people who do not play the game and come without sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases or others.

Long stays: possibility to bring your own sheets or rental of the sheet + towel kit (7€/person/stay). To be deposited in cash on departure.

There are 4 duvets for one person. Fold-out bed 2x80cm and bunk beds 90cm

Cleaning billed at €35 and if the apartment is really in poor condition, photos will be taken and an invoice from a cleaning company will be requested via the Airbnb site.

Thank you for disposing of your bathroom and kitchen bins when you leave please.
