This beautiful villa has been recently renovated and refurbished and boasts an unrivalled position on the cliffs above a beach (part of the larger Praia d'Oura Beach) where you find a snack bar. You can access the beach via stairs in the garden. Shared electric gates lead you to the property. The gates are shared with Aqueda (also in our database). A flower-and plant-covered driveway brings you to the villa standing on a large private plot. Through a gate in the garden you can easily reach Aqueda (if desired).

This is great when you are with a bigger group and booked both villas. Of course the gates are closed when renting one of the properties so the property remains private. It is hard to believe, but this villa is just a short walk from Santa Eulalia, with its variety of restaurants and bars. Some of these are visible from parts of the garden, other parts of the garden offer complete privacy. The popular Areias de São João is also nearby, making this a good choice for groups with teenagers, although many customers like to stay at the villa and enjoy this idyllic spot. The view from Pilar is truly breath-taking. You have sea views from various rooms including the living room, large terrace and garden. If you open the patio doors you can enjoy a gentle sea breeze and the sound of the waves.

The living room is stylish and comfortable and provides access to the spacious terrace. From the lounge an arch leads to the modern kitchen with a breakfast room. There is a round stone stairway to the bedrooms that are both cool and comfortable. All bedrooms have windows that open onto the garden and pool area. Please note that access to the nearest beach can be difficult for people who have difficulty walking, but the beautiful Santa Eulalia beach is just a short drive and has good disabled access.
