C'est un condo de 3 chambres au coeur de Ballantyne avec piscine. Marcher à des films, restaurants, bars, magasins et épicerie. Juste en face du Ballantyne Resort and Spa, qui possède un magnifique parcours de golf, des restaurants, un spa et une piscine extérieure / porte. Le condo est gated, et a une entrée de bloc-notes dans le bâtiment. Accès à l'ascenseur.
Tous les feuillus, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, le pont est un étang avec une fontaine et une zone naturelle. Très privé et relaxant. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen et d'une salle de bain à double vasque. Câble et internet fournis. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Actuellement mis en place avec 1 chambre d'enfant avec lit mezzanine pleine taille, matelas à souffler taille Queen en option. 3ème chambre a un lit queen size. Belle région, à proximité de South Park, Quail Hollow, Carmel et Piper Glen Country Clubs. Sara YMCA est de l'autre côté de la rue. Une grande communauté avec des trottoirs pour faire du vélo ou faire une promenade. Accès facile à l'autoroute. Je suis originaire de Charlotte et je me ferai un plaisir de répondre à vos questions.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

This was a great location for us. It was near family as well as grocery stores and restaurants and not far from a strawberry farm with a playground. There was always plenty of convenient parking as well. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with views of the water and woods.

Great Location, Comfortable and Clean

If you’re coming to play golf at Ballantyne, this is the perfect spot. 3 minutes from the golf club, lots of dining choices, and an easy shot from the airport. Very comfortable, good beds and all the needed conveniences.

Convenient location for Ballantyne golf school

We were attending a golf school at the Ballantyne resort and wanted to stay together. The property was easy to find and well maintained. The third bedroom is a loft bed more suitable for a child rather than an adult. The owner was easily contacted if there was an issue. The damage deposit was high for a short stay but is okay if refunded as it should.

Great Location

This property is conveniently located to shops, entertainment, restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of easy parking too. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the back deck overlooking the pond and water feature gave me a view of nature while working from “home”. Nicely stocked kitchen for meal prep, a very comfortable bed, lovely living room and spacious bathrooms all made for a pleasant stay. The hostess was very generous about check in and check out procedures too!

Perfect place for Mommy and Daddy and 2 small children to visit family in Charlotte for Thanksgivin!

Very clean and quiet place. Perfect location for enjoying Ballantyne and South Charlotte area. Close to a lot of shopping and nice restaurants. Close to Charlotte public train to go downtown. Very fair price and owner was very responsive to any questions/requests. There is a nice scenic few of lake and fountain from back deck too

Very nice, quiet

Only issue--not really an issue, but in 1 bedroom, the bed is against the wall so if you are sharing bed, you have to climb over. The beds were comfortable.

Great stay! Perfect for our family, had everything we needed!

Very cozy and perfect for our family. Had everything we needed, including toys for our toddler! We were able to walk to restaurants nearby. Although we didn't have time, there was also a movie theatre within walking distance and Harris Teeter just across the street. There was also access to a pool, but we also didn't have time for that either.... Had we stayed longer, we would have definitely used the pool! Would def recommend to others.

Comforts of home

I truly enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable and a great location in Charlotte. It was convenient having the grocery store and other neat shops nearby. There is also no shortage of good restaurants within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable as well. Tina was also very helpful and easy to reach for any questions. If I had to give any feedback it would be that there was no frying pan and the lack of a toaster. Not too big a deal we were able to make hard boiled eggs instead of fried ones which is much healthier anyway. :) Thank you kindly for the hospitality.

Beautiful condo in fantastic location

We celebrated the New Year with our daughter and her family in this lovely condo. It was beautifully decorated, had very comfortable beds and was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!
