The villa has two levels and an attic, and measures a whopping 275 square meters, accommodating up to 16 persons! It is divided in two apartments and has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in total.
The first floor is essentially the first level of the second apartment. There, the guests will find a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The single beds can be combined into double ones, if you wish. There is also a common bathroom, a WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a small room with a washing machine and a dryer. This level features a furnished veranda with a relaxing view of the mountain, the swimming pool and the distant sea. The villa’s attic is the second level of this apartment, and has three more bedrooms, all equipped with double beds. One bedroom has its own private bathroom, whereas the other two share another shared bathroom. This apartment will be used in case of a group of up to 10 guests.
The first apartment is located in the ground room. There, the guests will find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are two more bedrooms with double beds; these rooms share a common bathroom with a shower. The apartment features an additional bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Finally, the guests can relax on the veranda, which has an outdoor dining area and enjoys a view of the swimming pool. This apartment will be used in case of a group of 11 guests or more.

The carefully tended outdoor area features private parking, children’s playground, outdoor bathroom with a shower, a spectacular 42 sq.m. swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and parasols, a shaded area with a dining area, BBQ and a refrigerator. The soundproof fence guarantees your privacy!
