The beautiful Bratis Holiday Home, is located in a peaceful village called Kallithea and was once an old mansion, thus being a unique property for you and your beloved ones. The house is an ideal choice for those who want to experience Zakynthos in a different, more traditional way.
Bratis Holiday Home can accommodate up to 8 persons and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is 220 sq. m, whereas it was recently renovated, keeping however its authenticity. At the ground floor there is a spacious and colorful living room featuring a big library, a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area as well as a hallway towards the back end of the house that offers 3 bedrooms,2 of them with queen sized beds and 1 with a double bed and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms with shower, while there is one shared bathroom with bathtub.
A small stair leads to the open plan attic where two single beds as well as a double sofa bed can be found. This room also features an open plan bathroom with bathtub.
The outdoor well taken care of spaces, are cozy and secluded, while the holiday home offers an outdoor built barbecue.
*The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
