About the property
Set in 12 acres of private grounds, backdropped by woodlands and overlooking Oxwich Bay, this cottage is a fantastic choice for a family or a group of friends who wish to explore Gower. It's one of a small collection of brand-new, luxury holiday cottages and apartments and the attention to detail is incredible. Think state-of-the art kitchens with wine coolers, to cosy flame-effect fires and handcrafted Welsh blankets on the beds. This is the kind of place where you will watch beautiful sunrises, enjoy days walking on the beach or surfing, then spend evenings in sumptuous comfort. You can even book the services of a private chef for the ultimate luxury.
The space
This contemporary cottage has a modern and stylish decor with a neutral colour palette and accent colours that exude a coastal feel. There are high quality fixtures and furnishings, plus underfloor heating throughout, while individual touches include art by local Welsh artists. There's WiFi too.
The cottage has been designed to take full advantage of the coastal beauty of the Gower Peninsula. That's why the main living, which is open-plan, is on the first floor. Comprising the lounge, dining and kitchen spaces, the living area boasts spectacular views across farmland to the bay. It opens out onto a covered terrace with seating where the views get even better.
The living area has comfy sofa seating, a wall-mounted Smart TV and a feature flame wall-mounted electric fire, as well as a modern kitchen with an island that serves as a dining area with stool seating for six. The kitchen is also fully equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, wine cooler and dishwasher.
The three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. There are two king-size doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower room with WC, and a four-bed bunk room (that sleeps two adults or up to four children under 12 years old). All bedrooms have a wall-mounted Smart TV and luxurious homely touches such as the handcrafted Welsh blankets that adorn the beds. There's also a family bathroom with a bath, separate rainfall shower, double sinks, WC, shaver socket and heated towel rail.
There is also a utility closet with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
In addition, there is a stylish outdoor shower made from copper pipes, where you can clean up before heading back indoors. There's plenty of space to dry out wetsuits and beach gear ready for the next day too.

There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.
Sustainability
There is an E-charging point for use free of charge attached to property.
We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.
