The area is known for its relatively young population, and is especially popular for those with young children. There are cafes and restaurants throughout the area, including notable international options like Wen Cheng Handpulled Noodles. Anyone who likes to cook will be pleased by the selection of local supermarkets and Prenzlauer Berg hosts a popular Sunday farmer's market at Mauerpark. The MACHmit! Museum for Children and the Zeiss Planetarium are both located in the neighborhood. Prenzlauer Berg is served by several U-Bahn and bus lines.

Reservations must be for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 1 year.
