A fantastic contemporary spacious and newly modernised apartment, centrally located with private bathrooms for every bedroom. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with 55" Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, and a twin with zip/link, along with a shower room. The apartment has access to a communal laundry room off first-floor lobby with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is parking available. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet welcome. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Drop off/parking outside is only allowed between 4pm and 11am. Escape to the Lakes with a stay at Coniston

Limestone escarpments for easy walking offer exhilarating views of the Lakeland Mountains, the Howgills, and Morecambe Bay, and both Sizergh Castle and Levens Hall, with its renowned Topiary Garden, are located close.
