The apartment consists of the entire second floor of Villa Lucini, within the protected park of Montevecchia e Valle del Curone with 20,000 square meters of private garden, a panoramic terrace, a belvedere, ancient trees and a hill with splendid views.

A stock tank pool (Ø 2.4m) made in USA is available for the guest and it can host eight adult!
Pretty safe for children because only 60 cm height, they love a shallow pool in which to cool off. Then when the lights go down, your spouse or partner and maybe some adult friends can join you for a lighthearted evening sipping beer, enjoying the moon and stars, and hanging out.
The pool and the relaxation area with table and chairs can be reserved in advance for 2-hour slots per day (starting at 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20) at no extra cost.

We are 35' from Milan, 30 km from Como, Lecco, Bergamo, near the Adda river and the Monza Park (Villa Reale and GP Formula 1). The train station is 15' by walk.

Villa Lucini is located at the foot of Monte di Brianza (also known as San Genesio), next to the natural Molgora stream and many picturesque paths.

In 15' you can reach the Sartirana nature reserve, the Leonardo da Vinci ferry and the thermal baths of Monticello.

The Villa was built at the end of the nineteenth century together with the church of San Sebastiano and Rocco by a noble Milanese family, formerly the seat of the convent of the Benedictine nuns (the monastery of San Benedetto of the nuns perpetually adoring the Blessed Sacrament) until the early fifties.

The apartment has been recently renovated, preserving its ancient aspect, such as the original Lombard terracotta floor in the sleeping area, together with a new modern and technologically advanced internal system. We provide satellite TV in every room, wi-fi, washing machine (in the common area), dryer and iron, portable air conditioning.

In detail: the apartment is on the second floor with a double living room, a dining room for 10 people (that can also be used as a conference room with a 55" mobile screen), a full kitchen (5 burners, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine) with table for six, 2 exclusive bathrooms with tub / shower and bidet and 3 bedrooms (double with additional sofa bed, twin with additional sofa bed and single with additional sofa bed).

The apartment is spacious and with a splendid panoramic view of the park, it is possible to accommodate up to 8 people (if the number of guests does not require it, the redundant bedrooms will remain closed).
