Bienvenue au condo 202. Beach View, unité attrayante au deuxième étage 2b / 2b a une bonne vue sur la plage depuis le balcon ouvert. Récemment rénové et fraîchement peint avec un plan d'étage de cuisine ouverte et de nouveaux carreaux de travertin dans tout le condo. La cuisine blanche et nette est mise à jour avec des appareils blancs et des comptoirs en corian. Les deux salles de bain sont rénovées. Il est décoré d'un thème de palmier de Floride partout. Cette unité comprend un lit king dans le maître et un lit queen et twin dans la chambre. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat fixée au mur dans le salon. Chacune des chambres dispose d'une télévision. Nouveau mobilier dans le salon. WI-FI gratuit dans l'unité.

Le Sea Shell Condominium est un complexe fermé avec 49 unités. Pour votre commodité, ce condo est actuellement géré par notre personnel amical sur place. Si vous voyagez avec une GRANDE FÊTE, nous pouvons vous aider à louer DE MULTIPLES CONDOS tous dans le même bâtiment et généralement très proches les uns des autres. Les séjours de 3 nuits minimum sont disponibles sur certaines unités uniquement. Notre bureau de location est sur place pour faciliter l'enregistrement et le départ, et pour vous aider avec des informations sur les visiteurs et d'autres besoins. L'enregistrement après les heures d'ouverture est disponible pour ceux qui ont des plans de voyage tardifs, les clés et toutes les informations d'arrivée seront dans votre paquet personnalisé.

Des barbecues, des salons de plage, des serviettes de plage, des ascenseurs, une laverie, une piscine chauffée, un parking couvert attribué (un par unité), des chaînes HBO et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite sont quelques-unes des commodités offertes par Sea Shell.

Le condo est situé directement sur Siesta Key / Crescent Beach, classé la plage n ° 1 aux États-Unis. Nous sommes juste à gauche du pont de Stickney Point, à proximité des restaurants et des centres commerciaux. Le sable de Crescent Beach a été classé «Le meilleur sable du monde, le plus blanc» au Great International Sand Challenge en 1987, battant plus de 30 participants.

Great location and property

We booked a last minute trip and this was by far the best place we could have gotten. We drove from PA and got there early. They allowed us to check in early with no issue and got our room ready as soon as possible. The location and amenities were awesome! Thank you!

Beautiful!

My parents, husband and I went for a week and had a 2 bed 2 bath condo. It was immaculate! I was worried about ocean view but even though the condo wasn't ocean front there was still a good view from the balcony. The location was perfect as their is a grocery store 2 minute walk. We visited the village on the free trolley that stops out front but we found we liked the restaurants and bars that were right next to the condo as the village was too crowded. We are hoping to book next year if it's available.

Very close to the beach

The location to the beach is awesome! So easy to get around and head right to the beach. Literally steps away. There is a few bars, restaurants and a market within walking distance. No need for a vehicle bc the trolley or Frog Hop takes you around Siesta Key. Very fun! My only wish was the very active family above our condo to walk or run lighter. This activity was disruptive at night time during sleeping hours. Had a very nice vacation. Love siesta key!!

Reviewer Comments: There was a maintenance issue when I arrived yet they fixed it within two days and offered me a gift card to go across the street for a meal for the inconvenience. We’ve been coming here for over six years my sister-in-law over 40 would love the place the convenience unfortunately we are getting priced out every year. It goes up so this is the first year that we did not renew due to pricing when the prices go back to normal we will definitely go back.

Some units have been updated more than others so check out the video tours. We’ve been spending February there for the past 8 years and already look forward to the next one.

We left early because the beach was awful and we were trapped in condo due to the horrible smell - if we did leave the condo we had to run from the smell. The condo was fine but to say there is a view is misleading particularly when you can’t go outside on the small balcony due to the smell.

Siesta Week

Loved our stay, we rebooked for next year. Great location as the beach is just steps away. So easy to get to any golf property of interest within 30 minuntes or less. The property was very clean and maintained. The office staff was so welcoming and accommodating when we arrived. You could tell that wanted us to enjoy our stay and relax. We loved it so much we booked the same unit for next year.

WOW!!!!!

We LOVE vacationing to Siesta Key and LOVE staying at this unit at the Seashell. We've stayed at Peppertree Bay, Aloha Kai and some others on the north side of the beach and can honestly say Seashell is the BEST and we won't stay anywhere else now! It's on the south side of Crescent Beach which is always very quiet and not as crowded compared to the bigger buildings and public beach. It's just steps away from Captain Curts (which has THE BEST clam chowder in the U.S.!) a grocery store, ice cream, bike rentals, nice souvineer shop, and a couple cute little bars along with quick and easy access to the main land with minimal traffic. I've been staying at this particular unit every year since 2007 before I had kids. Now we have 3 kids and it is still just as perfect and accommodates us all perfectly! This unit is on the 2nd floor which is nice for the young kids. It also has an elevator for the stroller which there is never any wait for it. The grounds are always beautifully kept and all of the maintenece and front desk people that we have seen/met are very warm and friendly. This unit is always clean and you can tell the owners take great pride because it is beautifully decorated, updated and fresh looking. It is right on the beach with a keyed gate that only people staying at Seashell have access to, so very private feeling. All in all, it's literally the best and we will continue to come back every year!

Our Favorite Condo - We Stay Here Every Year!

We have been vacationing to Siesta Key for the past 20 years and have stayed in this particular condo every year for the past 8 years because we love it so much! We really love the location being right on the beach and the interior of the condo is beautiful, nicely updated and always clean. We've recommended to many of our family and friends who also stay there every year. I noticed a 2-star review on this listing and am wondering if they accidentally posted on the wrong condo listing because this unit is much better than what they were describing. I just wanted people to know this condo is absolutely lovely and we highly recommended it!

Sea Shells condo

Siesta Key, which we have visited before, is a lovely place and the Sea Shells condos are right on the fantastic beach. We found this condo in need of a brightening update, old furniture and crockery etc. Patio doors and windows that do not close properly and let in the cold winds of January are not acceptable. Needs some money spending on it to bring it up to scratch. We would visit Siesta key again but not this condo.

Hello Olwyn, Thank you for your review and suggestions. We welcome feedback from our guests and want to do everything we can to insure a wonderful visit at our Siesta Key condo. Let me address your concerns: We replaced the cookware [crockery] the week following your departure. We do this on a regular basis and unfortunately, the timing did not work out for your stay. As for the furnishings and decorating needing a "brightening update". We have decorated in a warm traditional look incorporating earth tones, light sand walls and burgundy leather furniture. This is not the typical "Florida" look with yellow, greens, and blue. This interior may not appeal to everyone. We have many interior photos on our VRBO website plus a video walk through. We elected to take numerous interior pictures as opposed to a bunch of outside " general scenery" shots. Personally, I prefer seeing the interior of the unit we are contemplating renting. We encourage everyone to examine this area of the website and watch the video located in the top left of the VRBO page on the 'Video' tab. Additionally, there were some issues with a sticking sliding door or window. This does occur as a result of the salty sea air and requires periodic maintenance. We have a full time maintenance staff available to correct any issues in the building. Please be sure to let the office know promptly upon check-in if you see any items in need of attention. Everyone at the Sea Shell wants our guests to enjoy a relaxing stay and will do everything possible assist you. Thank you for your review. Dan

Awesome Vacation

I am so glad to have found this rental. Our family of five just spent the week in Siesta Key. We are definitely coming back, especially to the same rental unit. The unit is very updated and clean. A family of five fit comfortably. There is so much within walking distance. The ocean is right outside the condo. Saw dolphins swimming in the morning. The staff at Seashell were very friendly. The beach chairs were great to have as well. Thank You Dan for sharing your unit with others! We will be booking for next year. Actually, I want to move there!!!!!! Best beach ever!!!!!

Siesta Key is #1

Condo was nice and the two bedrooms were large. The condo was very close to the beach and the complex was in a good location across from Captain Curt's. The beach was the nicest we have ever been on, the fine white sand never got hot. Having chairs available for the beach each day was a plus!

We stayed in this unit for 1 month and loved every single day. The condo was furnished nicely and the kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking untensils (Not that you want to cook while you are on vacation). The beach...well as every one knows it is rated one of the top 10 beaches so how can u beat it and I have to say the staff was so friendly and accomodating. We are definally planning on returning to the Sea Shell next year.

Great place! Great location!

We loved our stay in this condo! Got groceries and had most of our meals there. Lots of laughs around that table! The sunsets were beautiful and was a 30 second walk down to the beach. Sniki Tiki is just in front of the building and we def reccomend it! spacious living area which was perfect for the four of us. The pool was clean and we even took advantage of the sauna. Every employee we encountered was very friendly. The owner was very nice and willing to answer any questions i had before our stay. Definetly reccomend this condo!! Cant wait to go back!

Siesta Key

This condo was exactly as it advertised. Very clean and spacious. There was always an open parking spot out front which was nice because we brought two vehicles and one would not fit under the building. Pool was very clean. The beach was very close and it gave you a nice ocean view if you walked to the top of the stairs. It made for perfect pictures. One thing I would change is to have shower curtains in the bathrooms rather than glass doors because if there were shower curtains one person could be showering while the other person does there hair and make up making it easier to get to dinner at a decent hour. Also we thought it was creepy that if you turn to a certain channel on your TV you could see people at the pool or the beach. It made it creepy going to the pool because you don't really know who is watching you from their romm. Overall great stay and the owner was very nice and a great person to rent from.

Nice place. Very convenient location.

This is the second time I've stayed at The Sea Shell. The location is excellent with restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and bike rentals across the street. Beach is lovely here and is right behind the building. There are beach loungers for your use and tiki hit and tables on the private access beach. This unit's decor is nicely updated with a view of the golf. The village is 3 miles away and we biked there each day for coffee. Theratelier also cute golfcart taxis that will take you where you want to gi on the island. My only complaint, and this was the same with the other unit we stayed in last summer. There are no helpful lodging essentials such as a blow dryer, simple condiments such as salt and pepper, beach towels, etc. this is no problem if not traveling by plane, but an inconvenience if you are. All in all I would recommend. We had a great time and Dan, the owner, and the Sea Shell office staff were great to work with. Siesta is an AWESOME place to vacation.

Wonderful Vacation!

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. (my husband and I and our three children ages 7,4 & 2) The condo was very clean and well appointed. The beach was amazing - the softest, whitest sand that I've ever seen. The location of the condo was perfect - close to the south bridge, restaurants, beach rentals, ice cream and a grocery store. We rented bikes for a day and rode them up the beach to the drum circle (Sunday nights) and to the village. We also liked that the condo was close to Point of Rocks. We spent a couple of mornings there shelling and fishing. I would highly recommend this property and this owner specifically.

The best beach is just steps away

Our first beach vacation as a famiy and it was great. The powdery white beaches are the best. The condo is everything you need. Restaurants are also steps away. If you want the busy populated spring break getaway this is not it. Its more family oriented and not so full of people. We were here for the Memorial Day weekend Saturday to Saturday and was surprised that more people were not here then we drove the the villiage of Siesta Key and found all the people. I was glad we chose this location. The place was clean. The staff was personable and helpful beyond the call of duty. We feel we got the best location at a price we could afford.

Location = Absolute Perfection!!!

My family just returned home from one of the most amazing vacations ever. We go to Siesta Key at least once a year, and this time we rented this condo on the beach. Where do I start? The location is perfection, and while we were there...Good Morning America broadcasted from the beach announcing it the "Best Beach In America" beating out Hawaii and California! I could not agree more. The water blends into amazing shades of blue and green, the sand is fine, white, and cool to your feet...And you have a view of it all from the Master balcony. The owners of this unit have it furnished for all of your needs, and the staff on the grounds are ALWAYS smiling and cleaning. Do not skip over this rental! Now I run the risk of it being booked when I want it! :)

Fantastic location!

Fantastic location! The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and the unit is the second closest to the beach on the 2nd floor. The beach is simply amazing. One of the nicest I have ever seen. The condo itself was clean and overall, met our needs and expectations. The only negative comment I can make relates more to the supplies that were (not) left for guests; and even then, this is a minor issue. But for reference, there was only one dish washing cloth (to dry dishes), no scrubber to clean dishes, no dish soap, one garbage bag and only one dishwasher soap. I would also suggest that if the condo management expects guests to sort their garbage, there should be containers provided in the rental units to accommodate this. There were also no basic kitchen supplies, such as salt/pepper, sugar, salad dressings, coffee filters or other non-perishables. Minor issues, but a little inconvenient and clearly not adequate for the duration of our visit and the cost of the unit. All in all however; a great place. We will certainly consider a return visit.
