Bournecoast are delighted to offer this three bedroom ground floor holiday apartment which is located in the prestigious area of Boscombe Manor. The property is in an ideal position just a short walk away from the sandy beaches of Boscombe. Further along Boscombe beach will bring you to historic Boscombe pier and a range of facilities, including a pub, restaurant, kiosks and popular diners. Boscombe is also home to a wide range of outdoor activities. The apartment is tastefully furnished with lots of space inside and out creating ideal family holiday accommodation.
THE ACCOMMODATION: The Master Bedroom has a Super King Bed, a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW and an ensuite shower room with a toilet. The second Double Bedroom has a Super King Bed with a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW. The third Bedroom is a Quadruple Bedroom which has Bunk Beds, a King Size Bed, a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW and an ensuite shower room with a toilet. This room benefits from double doors leading on to the rear garden.
The apartment has a lounge/diner with a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is equipped with an ELECTRIC INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW and a breakfast bar with seating for four.
The property has a modern bathroom with an oval bath, hand held shower and a toilet. In the bathroom you will find a cupboard which houses the WASHING MACHINE.
The large garden offers a patio area with rattan furniture, a table and chairs and a spacious lawn.
The apartment has off road parking for one car in the drive and road parking (please note the spaces on the road are not reserved or guaranteed).

THE LOCAL AREA: The local Boscombe High Street offers a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Comfortably situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe is a slightly smaller, quieter part. Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local. Known for being a seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and activity of its own, Boscombe is close enough to central Bournemouth for you to walk, travel by car or bus to take full advantage in exploring both places. Whilst Bournemouth is famous for its chines, Boscombe has its own. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy gold thrown in for good measure. Surrounded by the famous sandy beaches of Bournemouth and for those who like to start the day the right way, the sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for an early morning swim. Offering a clean, quiet beach for you to make use of and with its own pier, Boscombe is located in an area which allows you to easily explore the surrounding areas. The seasonal land train runs along the promenade underneath the cliffs to the coastal town centre of Bournemouth with its extensive shopping and entertainment facilities, a plethora of restaurants and bars and the fabulous award winning beaches of the area.

Fantastic property
Wow! What a wonderful flat. Beautifully decorated and more than ample room for a large family. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the property was spotless. The garden is amazing, I just wish we’d had the weather to make more use of it. Thank you for a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back again.

Excellent accommodation
The accommodation was absolutely brilliant, everything you need and more, light and airy, and the extra details were very welcome. The 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy dog friendly beach was great. The flat is situated along a quiet off road, the fully enclosed garden is great for dogs and children alike. Would highly recommend Christchurch and pool, and Salcombe has a lovely parade of shops. Boscombe shops are a little rundown, but it has eveything. And le munch is worth a try, the oceanarium in Bournemouth and the gardens are lovely but it is'nt the seaside destination i remember as a child. Over all my 60th birthday week holiday spent with my family in fantastic and accommodation made it so much nicer. With excellent hosts. Thank you, AAA Highly recommend.

Ein sehr schöne Wohnung mit eingezäunten Garten. Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund und Familie.
5 Minuten laufen zum Strand (zum Hundestrand 10 Gehminuten und 10 Minuten laufen zu verschiedene Geschäfte und Restaurants.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.

If you’d rather slow your pulse than get the blood pumping, you can spend your time just being pampered in one our spas. We find it’s easier to get motivated with the sand between your toes and sea views on the horizon! You don’t have to go very far for rippling waves and sparkling seas.
