This studio-style, single-storey pod consists of a kitchen area with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for two and a sitting area with woodburning stove. There is a king-size bed, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a balcony with a hot tub and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no smoking is allowed. within 1.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Glamping Pod 2 makes a wonderful base for a couple looking to get away from it all. Note: This property accepts arrivals on Fridays and Mondays. Note: The hot tub is a bespoke design which features jets but no bubbles.

Grange-over-Sands was a small fishing village before the Furness Railway. The town offers a traffic-free promenade, ornamental gardens, golf courses, brass band concerts, and bird watching. Just a short drive away are Lake Windermere (8 miles), the villages of Bowness-on-Windermere and Hawkshead, which retain their charm and character, and Cartmel, the home of sticky toffee pudding, with its famous racecourse and the 4th best restaurant in the UK, L'Enclume. Levens Hall, Holker Hall, Furness Abbey, Sizergh Castle, a National Trust mediaeval house and gardens, and Conishead Priory are also nearby.
