Porthminster Penthouse in St Ives, Cornwall sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
This penthouse, duplex apartment has three bedrooms with zip/link, super-king-size beds, two of which have an en-suite, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and balcony. Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and for entertainment there are four TVs, Blue Ray DVD player, DAB radio, and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and a stairgate, travel cot and highchair are available on request. Outside there is a designated parking space for one car and the balcony has sun loungers and furniture. This apartment takes one pet however smoking is not allowed. Find a shop, pub and beach within 0.3 miles. Please note: There is an internal lift to the penthouse level or two flights of stairs to the top floor. Note: There are various offers with the hotel facilities including the swimming pool, restaurant and spa, please contact Sykes for more information.
