Just 15/20 mins from Bergerac airport Le Moutique is a stunning rural farmhouse with 360 views. On arrival you are met with the beauty of rolling French fields around you before entering this spacious stone farmhouse that has been completely renovated downstairs, with a freshly lined 12 x 6 pool.
On entering the house you walk into the spacious new kitchen with exposed beams. Fitted with a range oven, American fridge freezer, wine fridge and all the accessories you need to cook up and sample all that the local producers have to offer.
Downstairs consists of a large family bedroom suite consisting of two rooms and it’s own en-suite, perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children with space for another bed. This room has a king size bed along with twin beds in the adjoining room, which can be made into another king.
Next is another King size room next to a family bathroom with seperate bath and shower. Finally a small room with bunk beds. For your enjoyment there then also the large dining room/ living space with Satelite TV. The house downstairs wraps itself around the best space in our opinion in this house which is the covered dining terrace with stunning views overlooking the pool and fields beyond. With a BBQ area this is the perfect entertaining space to bring everyone together.
Finally upstairs you have two more en-suite bedrooms with King beds and stunning views of the fields around.
This house is the perfect space to relax with family friends, lounging around the pool.
If you feel the need to explore there are lots of activities, chateaus, kayaking, paddle boarding, tree climbing, wine tours all on your doorstop.

As well as being in a remote spot with no neighbours, you are only 5 mins by car from the wonderful Bastide town of Eymet with lots of shops and restaurants on offer, with an amazing local market every Thursday. We recommend arriving early as it gets very busy and hot.
