Blending comfort and elegance, the villa features two beautifully appointed bedrooms – one with a double bed on the ground floor and another with two single beds on the upper floor – each with its own en-suite bathroom. The upstairs bathroom includes a bathtub with relaxing water jets, while the open-plan living area offers a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining space, and a cozy lounge with satellite TV.



Outdoors, the villa unfolds into a small paradise of olive groves, fruit trees, and aromatic herbs, all at your disposal to use in your cooking. The extensive gardens host a magnificent 85 sq. m. private swimming pool with an attached children’s pool, surrounded by ample sunbathing areas and shaded corners for peaceful relaxation. For guests visiting during the cooler months (April, May, September, October, and November), the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost of 50 euros per day, with at least one week’s notice required before arrival.
