This single-storey property consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with electric fire and a TV. There is also a utility hallway with a washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite and TV and a twin bedroom with a TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a wrap-around decking with a table and chairs, as well as off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, smoking is not permitted. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. For your convenience, there is a shop within 1.4 miles and a pub within 0.1 miles. A wonderful holiday awaits at 67 Gressingham. Please note: From Saturday 28th February 2026 at 7pm until Sunday 8th March 2026 the gym and swimming pool will be closed for renovations.
