WiFi, mobilier mis à jour, les chambres ont toutes une télévision à écran plat. Cette maison privée est bien approvisionnée pour vos vacances. EMPLACEMENT!!! Marchez jusqu'à la plage principale, la jetée de l'océan ou la jetée de la rivière arrière. 4 blocs à l'océan, 3 à l'arrière de la rivière. Assez proche pour que les enfants puissent faire du vélo et traîner à l'embarcadère. Marchez ou faites du vélo dans de nombreux restaurants et lieux de nuit.

Le niveau du garage est un espace en plein air avec ping-pong, baby-foot, vélo et stockage d'articles de plage. S'ouvre sur une cour privée avec terrasse, sièges et barbecue au charbon. Parking MAX 4 voitures. Douche extérieure fermée avec eau chaude / froide.

1er étage avec plafond voûté est à aire ouverte - comprend cuisine, salle à manger et salon, planchers de bois franc, véranda meublée, chambre avec lit king, chambre avec deux pleins, salle de bain complète, placard à lessive. Profitez du porche meublé avec café du matin tout en écoutant les oiseaux dans les palmiers. Le soir, admirez les fabuleux couchers de soleil depuis le porche, à moins de marcher pour les regarder depuis la rivière arrière.

A l'étage Master Suite très privée et spacieuse avec lit King et lit gigogne double, grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche séparées, dressing.

Super cute house within easy walking distance of the ocean. There is plenty of seating, which is nice for lounging in the living room (not that we did that much!). The kitchen has whatever you need. The beds were comfy. Stingrays, Treylor Park, and Mi Vida are all a couple blocks away - all delicious options. Meg was a great host and made sure we were prepared for a fantastic stay!

Perfectly Cozy & Beachy!

The house is the perfect combination of comfortable, charming, and still light/airy/beachy! There’s large windows for plenty of natural light, but easy blinds when you’re ready to get cozy. Tons of things for your beach trip o help you pack lighter! From all the beach necessities in the carport, to a full kitchen, and even plenty of games, the house comes prepared. Meg was very knowledgeable about the island with lots of recommendations, and accessible for any questions. The outdoor shower was a highlight for us! Getting off the beach and being able to rinse off was perfect to help keep the house clean. We fell in love with Tybee island, and I believe the house was a big part of that! Highly recommend this rental. Thanks Meg!

Relax at the beach

This house was great for our January girls' weekend at Tybee. Cozy, comfy, with something for each of us to enjoy. I can easily see how it would make a great family getaway, too. The owner was proactive and made sure we would know what to expect and very kind.

family get away

Had a great time. We stayed there 2 years ago, so that was where everyone wanted to stay this year. Liked having bikes there, house was clean and well maintained. Would recommend this house.

Tybee vacation

The house was just as shown. Very clean and well kept. There were a number of bikes available to us. The kitchen was well stocked. Meg was very easy to work with and we has a wonderful time.

Perfect Family Vacation!

This home is perfectly appointed and had everything for our family of 6 to celebrate Thanksgiving - Island style. Comfy furniture and beds! Excellent TV for football viewing. The covered porch, the bikes and games were so fun! The owners have left nothing out and were so pleasant to work with. Can't wait to visit again!!! Thank you for the best vacation!!!!

Good Time in Tybee

We had an amazing spring trip to Tybee. Everything about Meg's home is ideal. Perfect location to see the sunrise and the sunset just a short walk or bike ride either direction. A short walk to bars and restaurants. Comfortable, big beds and lots of pillows. Lots to do in the house if the weather disappoints. We can't wait to come back!

Everything you could want in a beach rental. Felt like "home" the minute we walked in. We hated to leave. Beautifully appointed. Great location. All the amenities and the most accommodating of owners. I'd give it a 10 !!!

Delightful way to vacay!

We had the most amazing week at Meg’s property! We had plenty of room for 4 adults and one teen. The house is very tastefully decorated and has literally everything you could ask for, including very decent cookware! The beds were extremely comfy and the water pressure in the showers was dreamy! We loved riding the bikes everywhere and found our first visit to Tybee to be one of our best vacations ever. We highly recommend this property!

Convenient and everything you need is there!

Meg's house was the best! We were able to walk to dinner, the beach and night out fun. This is important since you pay to park everywhere. We rode the bikes, cooked out, sat on the porches, and every night played Ping Pong and board games!! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. All you need to bring is your bathing suit!!

Wonderful Tybee Property

Stayed at Meg's home early March with my family. First, Meg was hand's down one of the best hosts I have ever experienced. She had great early communication with us and then throughout the stay to ensure we were set up for the best experience at her home. There was a parade scheduled for our arrival day and she went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get onto the island. The home is beautiful, updated, well laid out and very well equipped. You can tell it is a personally used home. The beds were very comfortable and the upstairs bathroom has amazing water pressure and shower head! It was a huge perk that bikes were included. We utilized them every day to explore the island. The home is in a great location, a short walk to the beach and the downtown activity with restaurants, shops and bars. We originally had plans to explore Savannah more but we just didn't want to leave the island or drive a car. There is a grocery store close by but it is a typical island store. Kroger/Publix/Walmart is about 20-25 mins away but since the home was within the delivery range of Instacart we opted for delivery. While it wasn't quite warm enough for us to use them, there were 2 beach carts and multiple beach chairs provided for guests use. Meg's home really is a gem and the care provided to ensure guests have things they need and are set up for a great vacation is exceptional. We will definitely be back!

HAD LOTS OF FUN

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It was clean and just like it is described. It was in a good location and the homeowner had lots of stuff to take and enjoy the beach from sand buckets to bikes. That was a nice plus of the place. My only complaint and the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was the overwhelming feeling of being afraid to live in the house because of all the fees. We had already paid over 100 dollars for a cleaning fee but told if we didn't do all the laundry and folded it we would be charged even more. I got confused why we paid so much for a cleaning fee but we had to do most of the cleaning. This is understood (maybe) if we had stayed longer than two days but some of my time was taken in laundering and making sure it was dried and folded in order to leave which was a requirement on the list of rules on the fridge. I didn't appreciate that part. It was a definite weight to make sure our last night was about laundry instead of family and we had just done our vow renewal so instead of a nice evening we had to spend time going thru the house. It takes a lot away from family time on a very short weekend. Other than that it was the house we expected.

Meg's house on Tybee Island was perfect for our family of 6. The house itself was clean, had comfortable beds and probably one of the best stocked kitchens we have had for a vacation rental! The house was an easy walk and/or bike ride to the beach and downtown area. There were a couple beach carts, plenty of chairs and boogie boards that we were able to bring to the beach. It took us less than 10 min to walk to the beach. The kids spent plenty of time using the game area and the bikes were a nice touch. We used them to bike around the island and up to the lighthouse area. Meg was so nice to deal with. She called ahead of time to make sure we knew what was available at the house and what we needed to bring. She promptly answered any questions that I had. There is a reason that this property gets great reviews! You won't regret it if you get a chance to stay at Meg's house! I am so glad our family was able to.

Might Be the Best Spot on the Island

This house is located on a quiet street in a low-key neighborhood within easy walking distance to fisherman’s walk (great spot to fish off small pier or walk on beach), the beach, the busier south end shops and restaurants, and, if you’re a little more adventurous, you can make the appx .5 mile to a beautiful and less traveled beach at the southern end of the island where the ocean meets the river. Our family also biked to the nearby grocery store, the north end to eat, and around the neighborhood for fun. The house had everything we needed and more to entertain the kids (lots of games, cards, cornhole, beach toys) and we were very comfortable during our week’s stay. Kitchen was also very well stocked with the cookware we needed to make several meals. The house was very clean. The listing is accurate. Not a single complaint. We’d be thrilled to stay here again.

Our stay at Meg’s was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the walkability to the ocean as well as the back river. We also walked to several restaurants. The house was very well equipped. Having bikes to ride was a nice touch and a fun way to explore the island.

The Perfect Beach House

The house is more like the owners' home than a rental property. It is fully equipped with everything you could want in the kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely living room, and covered porch with comfortable cushioned furniture. Lots of bikes, ping pong, corn hole, etc. Updated, casual, beachy style decor. Quiet neighborhood in a great part of the island. Our daily walk took us out the front door down to The Pier and along the smooth beach around the tip of the island and back along the inland costal waterway. The owner is the nicest person we have ever rented from. Highly recommend! You and your family/friends will be delighted!

Great House, Great Host, Neighbors Though...

We travelled from Oklahoma and stayed 5 days for a Spring Break college visit. The layout of the property and proximity to both the local beach and to Savannah and other areas is perfect! The amenities are exactly as advertised and the beds are super comfy. Meg was a great host and helped a bunch toward the end of our trip when health concerns came up. One thing to watch out for though, the neighbors seem to be on constant alert for any shenanigans (I hear this area gets bombarded by hooligans from time to time) so adherence to house rules are a must. Really enjoyed our stay here, will come back in the future.

Peaceful Beach House

This home is absolutely beautiful. Clean and convenient to the beach. The hostess went above and beyond to make sure we were safe as Hurricane Helene caused some strong storms our way. Meg made sure to give us real time updates when power was out and roads were closed. We will definitely book here again. The home is perfectly situated and we were able to walk everywhere on the island we wanted to go. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Meg and this property were both a wonderful experience. The location size of property and amenities were spot on from the other reviews and description. We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. I would definitely stay again at this property in the future. 5 star experience all the way!!

I contact guests immediately after they book to share info about the area to guests visiting the area for the first time. We have made this home as comfortable as we can so it will be your "home away from home"!

The proximity to the Ocean pier, the back river fishing pier, the boat launch and the solitude provided by the beach that wraps the southern end of Tybee Won My Heart. I couldn't be happier with the location of my home on this peaceful end of Tybee.
