Tucked away on a quiet country lane just two miles from Bridlington, this small park offers a peaceful and relaxing setting. Within easy reach, you’ll find rolling green hills, dramatic coastlines, a superb selection of beaches, historic houses and fascinating visitor attractions for all the family. The area offers fantastic walking and cycling and golfers are spoilt for choice with three magnificent coastal courses close by.



A few minutes’ drive away you will find the golden sand dunes of Wilsthorpe beach, whilst a walk from nearby Carnaby village takes you up to Temple Folly affording views stretching as far as Flamborough Head lighthouse.. Tucked away on a quiet country lane just two miles from Bridlington, this small park offers a peaceful and relaxing setting. Much-loved Bridlington offers family-friendly beaches and traditional seaside fun, while the lush hills of the Yorkshire Wolds, historic houses and abundant visitor attractions are all easily accessible. Closer to home sits award-winning Wilsthorpe, an idyllic expanse of golden sand and dunes where kids of all ages can play and build sandcastles to their heart’s content. (Park & Ride to Bridlington 1 mile).



Bridlington Holiday Cottages sit close to the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds, the cottages are set in landscaped grounds with the pretty wooded copse of Carnaby Covert alongside and a small wildlife park next door and space for small children to play and run around.



Please note the Wilsthorpe and Wilsthorpe (Pet) Do Not have a Hot Tub.

Due to the nature of this location, under 25’s will be accepted but groups under 21 will not. Please call to make your booking if this concerns you.



All accommodations sleep a maximum of four, this must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

The bungalow was clean and comfortable like a home from home. Had ok the appliances you could need and also the bonus of a hot tub. The bungalow was clean and came with the bonus touches of towels, washing up liquid, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits and hand wash.

A lovely and relaxing stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the hot tub was an extra luxury. Secure garden making it very dog friendly. A short drive and you are in Bridlington. The apartment was ready early and we were notified of this so we could start our holiday early. Will return

This was our first stay here.

This was our first stay here. Really peaceful if you want a relaxing holiday and it was lovely to see the Peacocks wondering around, a first for us. You do need a car to get out but would recommend the long stay parking in Bridlington and jumping onto the train into Scarborough, lovely well kept and clean seaside resort. Sunday market at Skirlington was nice along with two car boot sales just as you go into Brid and the market in the centre of Brid. We had an issue with the TV not working but it was replaced very quickly and the staff were very efficient. My only criticism is that it was missing some basic needs, ie a clock, outside line to dry dripping clothes when getting out hot tub, somewhere to put clothes in bedroom when undressing at night- a small chair would be good, we had to lay them on the floor and, a personal thing, a dishwasher instead of a washing machine - who washes on holiday, I go on holiday to get away from that! Fridge is too small if you bring your food with you. All in all had a lovely time despite the days we had rain.

LOCATIONClose by to a perfect, smaller, less populated Bridlington, there is crabbing and lots of places for families to pitch up and spend the day. Cheap parking. Dog-friendly beach. Dog-friendly restaurant/bar/café indoor and outdoor literally by the beach called 'the Cowshed'. We loved it here and was a welcome stop after a long walk on the beach. Next door to the site is another site that has a pound-stretcher and an animal park. The animal park was great fun and had flamingos, which are my favourites. You can feed some pets, like the goats, by hand. The pound-stretcher was great for any essentials you run out of. CUSTOMER SERVICEWe received a text message 3 hours before the 4 pm check-in to say the cottage was ready; this was a nice surprise. The lady who managed the site was excellent! She told us when she would pop in each day to check on the hot tub. I liked this set time as it allowed us to relax fully; other locations turned up whenever making it a little awkward. The site manager was so friendly and bubbly. We loved how she acted around our little dog, Wilson, fussing over him and making him feel welcome. Wilson loved his holiday! COTTAGEWe opted for Carnaby (Pet) as it had a hot tub and was fenced off fully to keep Wilson, the dog, safe. Knowing he could roam around freely, but he was secure. All the essential items needed for a breakaway were there when we arrived. The bath was the hottest I'd ever experienced in a UK holiday home, with a sized tub. TV was a huge hit! Having good WIFI, Netflix and Disney Plus on the smart TV was great for relaxing in the evening. The keys were in a keypad out back, and the number had been messaged to us a few hours before. The hot tub was easy to use, had a good temperature and the jets worked. NEGATIVESThe only negatives were that the booking photos showed two sofas, as it was a four-person cottage. On arrival, we found only one sofa and one chair beside it, making it a little uncomfortable at night when relaxing. Luckily, this time, there were only two of us, but had there been four of us, it would have been a squeeze! Overall! A fantastic stay! We are going to book again. Cant wait to return with Children as the locations just ideal.
