This single-storey pod has a studio-style layout with a double bed, a kitchen area with two-ring electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker, a dining area and sitting area with a 4G Smart TV, and a separate shower room. Outside there is private off-road parking, a private decking with furniture, hot tub and barbecue, and a communal firepit. Within 2.3 miles, there is a shop and pub. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. Note: This property does not have WiFi. Lodge 4 offers far-reaching views and a romantic base for two to explore Dumfries and Galloway. Please note: This property only accepts Friday or Monday check ins unless otherwise agreed with Owner

Town: The little Scottish town of Lochmaben is located in the region of Dumfries and Galloway and is distinguished by its magnificent town hall. It has a limited selection of amenities and five lochs, several of which are popular for sailing and fishing. The 53-mile-long Annandale Way walking path passes through the community of Lochmaben, which is also home to some magnificent castle ruins and an 18-hole golf course. From here, you can travel to Lockerbie, a posh town that has a golf course as well. Just seven miles away, the market town of Dumfries offers a fantastic day trip with its beautiful architecture, entertaining attractions, and charming River Nith running through it.
