Ideal break for families and couples, within 5 miles of Aberaeron beach.. All on the Ground Floor:

Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. . Front garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. A semi-detached, deceptively spacious, single-storey holiday accommodation located in an area with similar privately owned properties. Situated close to the river Aeron and in a central location for touring Cardigan Bay and the western coastline. Decorated to a good standard, with all modern facilities the property consists of open plan living with Smart TV and electric fire, dining area, kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower and Heated towel rail, one King size bedroom and one double bedroom. The decked area to the front of the property with garden furniture is ideal for watching the sunset!. This property offers a country retreat close to the fabulous harbour town of Aberaeron ideal for a family or a couple but There are steps to the entrance and also access from the road onto the front decked area. There is a hotel in the vicinity of the cottages with access through a private gate at the top of the grounds . The hotel serves breakfast lunches and evening meals to non residents and is also nice to sit and have an evening drink.
Enjoy the scenery of the Cardigan Coast and beautiful beaches in the area, where dolphins and porpoises are often spotted. The town of Aberaeron is less than 5 minutes away with shops. New Quay, Aberporth, Aberystwyth and Llangrannog are within easy driving distance. A short drive inland leads to Lampeter and Tregaron, where the Welsh language is mostly used by locals.There is private parking for one vehicle
