Superbe condo en bord de mer avec 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains. Près de 1100 pieds carrés ont été rénovés avec goût avec tout le confort souhaité.

Dernier étage, à l'extrémité sud de Kona Bali Kai, surplombant le spot de surf de Banyan. Des curseurs en verre du sol au plafond avec vue sur l'océan Pacifique vous souhaitent la bienvenue lorsque vous entrez dans cette unité. Cuisine entièrement équipée, salon / salle à manger et une véranda spacieuse qui permet de manger à l'extérieur et un endroit parfait pour prendre l'océan. Les 3 chambres ont des lits king size et une télévision à écran plat. La chambre principale est sur le côté de l'océan de l'unité avec accès à la véranda, beaucoup d'espace de rangement et une douche à l'italienne. La climatisation est disponible uniquement dans le salon et la chambre principale.

Cet hôtel est situé sur la célèbre Alii Drive, à seulement 5 km au sud de la ville pittoresque de Kailua-Kona, où vous trouverez de très bons restaurants et des boutiques. La plage de Banyans, célèbre pour son surf moyen, se trouve à l'extrémité sud du complexe. Kona Bali Kai dispose d'une piscine d'eau douce, d'un jacuzzi, d'un espace barbecue, d'un grand hall d'entrée et d'une zone herbeuse près du bord de l'eau pour un plaisir total à proximité du condo.

Family vacation

The location was perfect. The condo was well stocked and had great extras like beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Absolutely loved sitting on the balcony and having the best view. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location in Kona

Brought parents and nephew for their first visit to the Big Island . Loved the place and location . Ideal location if using Kona as a base for the Big Island . Volcanoes two hours south Hapuna , Waimea , and other beaches and towns within range .

Beautiful ocean front condo!

We’ve stayed in this building previously, but this condo on the top floor with 3 bedrooms gave us a bit more extra space. Beds and other furniture were all very comfortable. This location can’t be beat! We love watching the surfers from the lanai and this end unit was closest to the small sandy beach area.

Wonderful Location

The photos of this property look just like the real thing. The balcony literally sits above the beach so when you are sitting down, you only see the surf. When you stand up and look straight diwn, there is a sandy beach to lay on if you want to. The only issue we had was that the silverware drawer sticks and if you pull it out too far, it will come all the way out. A very minor problem. The place is wonderful and we would stay there again if we return to Kona.

Comfortable and well-appointed condo with amazing ocean views.

Enjoy the beach and ocean views by day and fall asleep to the sounds of the Pacific waves at night. This is the perfect vacation rental for three singles or even three couples. Located right on the beach and convenient to everything Kona has to offer. Very clean and well appointed. Great location from the management company and concierge. Highly recommend using the free concierge service to plan and book activities.

Family vacation in paradise

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The view from lanai is stunning! The best part of the day was sitting on the balcony in the morning, with our coffee, looking out at the ocean and watching the surfers. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. My only suggestion is to provide 2 luggage racks per bedroom. As it is, we had to put our luggage on floor. Thank you for sharing your amazing property. I would definitely recommend to all.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a very comfortable unit with a FABULOUS view. It’s an end unit so very quiet. Loved being able to stretch out and have space. We would love to stay again.

Great location and views!

The location and unit was a perfect setup for our family of 4 adults. Since we had a rental car we were able to access all areas of the big island and close to all the restaurants in Kona area. We loved mornings and sunsets from the balcony. Great communication and references from the concierge.

Pure enchantment

Sitting on the balcony, you can watch the surfers and, we'll also say, a few whales. It was central to most everything by car, but it was nice to take the trolley into town for a relaxing time. If you want a true Hawaii vacation, this place is worth the expense. The location is just perfect, and I hope to make it back again one day. Bob

Great condo and excellent location

This condo is well appointed and comfortable. Even with 6 of us staying there we never felt like we were on top of each other. The view of the ocean is fantastic and I’ve never slept better listening to the waves at night. Location is very convenient and minutes away from some great places to eat. We will be staying here again for sure.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo and would definitely stay again. The location is convenient and the ocean views from the condo are spectacular. It was very clean on the inside and had everything we needed. The outside of the condo building is a little older than I expected, but the inside was nicely updated. I had one question for the property manager and they were quick to respond. I had read about a lot of noise in other reviews, but this was not the case for us unless you count the sound of the ocean!

Fantastic Location

Just as described in the listing - right on the water, and a small convenient beach if you don't have the time to drive to a beach. Very comfortable unit and very nicely renovated. We were 5 adults, and there was plenty of space. It was great just sitting out on the lanai, listening to the ocean and enjoying the view.

Family Time in Paradise

The condo was well furnished, very comfortable and most of all, perfectly located with a beautiful view to enjoy nearby beaches (including the small one at the bottom of the stairs) and drives to Volcanoes NP and the visitor center at Mauna Kea Observatory. The barbecues worked easily plus the cook gets a fabulous Hawaiian sunset if you time it fight. We all thoroughly enjoyed our Kona family vacation

The view!

It was a great family vacation with teens and grandparents. The view overlooking the ocean can not be beat! The trolley was so easy and took the us into town without any issues. Kona Coast was so quick to respond and helped us get in early to the condo when we arrived an hour ahead of schedule. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Being right on the coast meant we got beach time in every day. Location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Loved that we were in a corner unit on the top floor - it didn’t even feel like we were in a complex. Unit had everything we needed and was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. 100% would recommend!
