One word - Fantastic!!!!!

Everything was fantastic. Andy is very fast and helpful in responses to my queries. He arranged a perfect mini bus taxi from BKK to his wonderful condo. The condo fully meet all our expectations. The site is very peaceful, with close access to an excellent pool and a little nice beach within 10 minutes walk. We fully recommend this place.

Great place to get away from it all

First of all, Andy is a great host. He is responsive and very helpful. The place was very large, enough to handle a group of eight getting family together who hadnt seen each other for many years. It’s a good jumping off point for many other things to see. It’s just down the road from a number of beaches and boat excursions to the surrounding Islands. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Great experience!

great place for family get away vacation

Apartment was spacious and well equipped for a large group (we had 8). Beautiful views of the ocean. large clean Pool was highlight of our stay. cleaning team did very thorough job. Andy was responsive host. Downsides-black mold growth from leaking A/C made wife sick (had to sleep on couch), pool had sharp tiles leading to scraps, beaches were not pleasant with jelly fish larva, good shopping 15km away, no laundry or clean drinking water, needed a car. Abandoned hotel next door with stagnant pool. I came down with Dengue fever on the trip home and just recovered.

Thanks for the feedback, Greg. Even though some of the comments you’ve made are incorrect or had nothing directly to do with our condominium, we still appreciate them. For example, Jelly fish are known to exist in Thai sea waters during rainy season. There is nothing we can do about these. The unexpected mould caused by water leakage from the apartment above ours has now been repaired as explained to you during your stay. Also, we do provide laundry service off site as you experienced during your stay. Thanks once again.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO IN A PEACEFUL AREA

For the second time, we had a wonderful stay in Andy's condominium which is superb, comfortable and well equipped with all what you need. There is a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains around. The large swimming pool is well maintained and there is almost nobody using it. You need a transport, either a car or a motorbike to go to the beaches, the restaurants and the markets around. Even if we did not meet Andy, he was very friendly and helpful and always reachable by email. He answered our requests within a few hours. We highly recommend this condo if you are looking for peace, nice beaches and good restaurants.

Another Great Stay!

We have stayed at Andy's condo several times in the past and have always enjoyed our stay....this time was no exception! The condo is super clean and comfortable with cold AC, comfy beds, lots of extra linens, and plenty of kitchen utensils/pans to prepare full meals for a family. We have our own car and always pick up groceries before we come so once we arrive we're ready to have a relaxing time. Andy is quick to respond if there are problems. Our only issue was with the internet not always being stable, but Andy, as well as the onsite staff were very helpful with that. Our 2 favorite things from this stay were our many hours spent in the condo's pool and a beautiful, quiet beach about 7 minutes from the condo which we've never visited before (a right turn out of the condo property). We're already making plans to come back!

WONDERFUL CONDO IN A QUIET AREA

We have spent one month in this wonderful condo overlooking the sea and the forest. It is very spacious, beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, clean and away from the tourist places. It is really as shown on the photos. There is a large pool where we were alone most of the time. The owner, Mr. Adewale was very available and helpful. He always answered our emails within an hour. There are many good restaurants within a few kilometers. It is better to be motorized; there are 600m down the hill to get to the main road and the first restaurant “Pramong Kitchen” is on the left near the beach, another 400m away. It was our favorite restaurant, it serves very good seafood. If you like to cook, the kitchen is very well equipped. There are a few small markets nearby and there is a farmer’s market at the end of the afternoon on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday on the temple ground, 1 km on the right. There are also some supermarkets (Tesco, Macro and Big C) in BanPhe, 16km away. There are many nice beaches nearby, some with restaurants and beach chairs. We highly recommend this place and if we come back to Thailand, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Andy, we really enjoyed our vacation.

Ample space, clean, and spectacular view.

A few things were broken at the time of our stay. There was no hot water in the hallway bathroom. Electric tea kettle was broken. We realized that these things happen from time to time. The issue was that no one can fix the problem at the time because the renting are between the customers and the condominium's owner. We hope that customers should be deligent reporting all deficiency so that the problems are solved before the next occupancy.

Beautiful, Spacious and Comfortable

We had a most enjoyable stay in this beautiful condo overlooking the Gulf of Thailand! The condo itself is very impressive, with large comfortably furnished rooms and incredible views. The owner, Mr. Adewale, kept us well informed as to directions and local restaurants/attractions, and the condo manager, Khun Sakon, greeted us warmly and introduced us to the various features of the condo and grounds. While our stay was somewhat dampened by the monsoon rains, we were able to get out to Ban Phe to the west and Klaeng to the east. We spent time relaxing on one of the eastern beaches, as they seemed both quieter and cleaner than those to the west. While there are many restaurants nearby, local markets and stores make eating in using the condo's kitchen and dining areas a definite change of pace. We truly enjoyed the flexibility the condo provided and the incredible views just made our time so much more enjoyable! When we come back, we will definitely rent here again!

Hideout on top of the hill

Really peaceful place away from it all. Great view with forests and the ocean. The condo's common pool was almost private:) Some times I wondered if we are alone in the condo. In general if you are looking for own time, peace and relaxation this is the place to go. Small shops and a couple of restaurants can be reached with a small hike ~800m down the hill and turn right in the main road. We enjoyed the pool area, but most of our time we spent at the "coca cola beach" Ton Aor On The Beach. Approximately 4km from the apartment. They even provided free transportation back and forth. (Of course we spent a few bahts to food, drinks, massage and foot spa etc...) The apartment was suitable even for bigger groups. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and more than enough space. Kids liked to sleep in the big bedroom and adults had their own bedrooms. We made a couple of time our own meals, but I would suggest eating in the nearby restaurants or in one of the many beaches nearby. The small markets only provides some basic groceries, and you would need a ride to get to bigger markets. Rental car or moped is recommended but not mandatory. I would recommend this property if you want away from it all! /Jani

Wonderful place to stay

I took my family to stay at this beautiful condo and we had a great time. The condo is based in a quite location, just far enough from Rayong. The pool and the buildings in the grounds are kept in prime condition. The small private beach is just 10 minute walk away, and its worth the walk down to look at have a dip in water. This is a beautiful area of Thailand to stay, away from the tourist trap areas. If I stay in this part of Thailand again I would be looking at staying at this wonderful place again.
