Ammora Villa III is a brand-new two-story villa located in Falassarna, one of Crete’s most beautiful summer destinations. Surrounded by lush green slopes and the turquoise waters of the Aegean, and just a few meters from the sandy beach, it offers an elegant and comfortable setting for unforgettable family or group holidays. Designed with style and comfort in mind, it is the perfect retreat for even the most discerning guests.

Indoor facilities
Modern floors, white and stone walls, and natural wood details create a stylish and comfortable retreat. Ammora Villa III features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the pool area. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a double-size bed, satellite TV, ensuite bathroom, beautiful views, and direct access to the pool. The first floor offers a second bedroom with Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and stunning views of the Cretan Sea and nature. Large windows connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, while the contemporary design provides comfort, luxury, and privacy.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is designed to make the most of the magnificent Cretan Sea views, featuring a beautiful garden and several relaxing spaces. The swimming pool offers the perfect spot to cool off while enjoying the stunning scenery, while the surrounding sunbeds invite you to soak up the Cretan sun. A dining area near the pool provides a lovely setting for meals with family and friends, complemented by a gas BBQ for enjoyable outdoor cooking. A mini-bar table is also available for refreshing drinks and cocktails. Secure parking is provided outside the villa for your convenience.

Ammora Villa IIl is part of the Ammora Villas, which includes 4 luxury villas: Ammora Villa I (2 bedrooms), Ammora Villa II (2 bedrooms), Ammora Villa III (2 bedrooms), Ammora Villa IV (2 bedrooms). The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 8, and the guests can book as many villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
