Located in an area that makes everything easy to see and do. 5’ from the Metro, 1’ from the Tram, and with all the major monuments and sites at close proximity. An upcoming neighbourhood. Definitely worth a visit!
This is 2 bedroom apartment in a very interesting case of rental. A classical two floor Athenian building, with a backyard, where tenants can meet and socialise, like they used to do daily in the old days! This building consists of a studio, a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartment. Architectural details of another era are seen all around and this is what makes it special. The feeling. And the fact it is so affordable!!!
