This beautiful villa surrounded by nature is located in Rovinj near the sea. Located on the west coast of Istria, Rovinj is today one of the most developed tourist destinations in Croatia. Also known as one of the most picturesque and romantic cities in the Mediterranean, Rovinj has been attracting a large number of tourists for decades, and most of them faithfully return year after year. You will be captivated by its 22 islands and islets, pleasant Mediterranean climate, carefully designed green areas, clean and tidy streets, kindness of the locals and numerous events.
Villa Dioniz will delight you at first sight with endless green areas and olive trees that surround it. The villa also accepts pets who will be able to enjoy this beautiful environment with you. Villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and can accommodate 4 +1 persons. There is a fireplace In the living room for fresh summer evenings. At the entrance to the house is a covered terrace with dining area with TV and a summer kitchen for the preparation of Mediterranean specialties. There is also a private pool surrounded by sun loungers and a children’s playground. Next to the pool there is a barbecue as an ideal place for evening parties with food and drink.
