Notre maison est luxueuse et neuve - Construite pour profiter d'une escapade d'un week-end ou d'une semaine de vacances. Chien amical avec une grande cour pour jouer et situé dans une crique protégée loin de la circulation des bateaux, mais à seulement 5 miles de la place Publix, du cinéma, etc.

Deux téléviseurs à grand écran dans la grande salle - 50 "LCD dans la salle de jeux avec capacités Xbox et un téléviseur de 65" pour le salon principal de 42 "dans la chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants; idéal pour les enfants! Téléviseurs intelligents dans 3 des autres chambres ainsi que pour une visualisation à la demande.

Trois lits King (1 à l'étage et 2 en bas); Chambre superposée pour enfants à l'étage a un lit superposé Queen sur Queen qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 4; ainsi que 2 lits jumeaux. Il y a une 5ème chambre bonus avec un lit Queen (accessible par la chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants); un canapé-lit Queen dans la salle de jeux; et 2 matelas pneumatiques queen si nécessaire. Chaque chambre King a sa propre salle de bain privée, tandis que la chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants et la 5ème chambre bonus partagent une baignoire, pour un total de 4 salles de bains. Notre maison peut accueillir 16 personnes dans des lits (y compris un canapé-lit) et nous autorisons jusqu'à 18 personnes maximum (au cas où vous en auriez également quelques-uns supplémentaires).

La cuisine impressionnante est à aire ouverte, vous pouvez donc faire partie du groupe tout en préparant le dîner. Il a tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris une cuisinière à gaz et un four double. Comptoirs en granit et quartz et planchers de bois partout. Les adultes peuvent profiter de la gigantesque terrasse avec une vue fantastique sur le lac pendant que les enfants regardent la télévision ou jouent au ping-pong à l'intérieur. Il y a même un hamac sur le pont aussi. Parfait pour les siestes de chats l'après-midi après une journée sur le lac.

Le bord du lac de la maison a un quai privé pour votre bateau, une plage de sable de 50 pieds (rare au bord du lac) dans la cour pour un accès super facile à flotter et nager dans le lac. L'énorme cour à gazon à niveau plat est parfaite pour lancer le football ou le frisbee ...

Rampe de mise à l'eau publique à moins de 1,5 km de la maison - apportez votre bateau ou votre motomarine et attachez-le au quai pour la semaine et profitez de la pêche et du canotage fantastiques offerts sur le lac Oconee.

Plusieurs terrains de golf dans le sont, Club et Reynolds Landing sont deux de mes favoris ...

La maison est située à côté d'une zone boisée sur son propre terrain de 1 1/2 acre, et l'eau est très privée dans une crique et est parfaite pour le ski, les tubes et la flottaison!

Perfect House on Lake Oconee for a Family Vacation

This house accommodated our extended family of 14. The house was clean, well maintained, and as represented on the listing. The spacious front deck was a popular morning and evening spot for our group.The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, arcade, and fishing off the dock. We were able to rent a boat for the week from a nearby Marina and keep at the dock of the property which allowed us to tour the lake and tube with the kids.The house has modern touches throughout with a huge island in the kitchen. The extra fridge upstairs was also convenient. The property is located only a few minutes away from the grocery store and local restaurants. I would highly recommend this property for families traveling with kids and teenagers. The property owners were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The location of this house is excellent

The location of this house is excellent less than 10 minutes from a Publix and some nice restaurants and yet it has a feeling of isolation and peace and quiet. Easy access to the lake flat backyard a sand beach the house fit our family perfectly there were three master bedrooms with eOn suite bathrooms, plus the bunk room plus one small bedroom off of the bunk room with a Queen bed in it. A bathroom for the bunk room and a half bathroom downstairs a nice ping-pong table plenty of kitchen utensils and a beautiful back porch with ceiling fans to enjoy the view. We had a little dilemma in the beginning the hose to the gas grill had been chewed to pieces by a squirrel, and the stove would not heat to temperature. The owners communicated effectively and had repair people out there the first of the week to take care of it. We were forced to go out to dinner the second night because we had nothing that worked to cook on, and they very graciously reimbursed us for the cost of the dinner

Excellent beautiful Lake Home

Loved the wonderfully decorated and furnished lake home with a fabulous view of Lake Oconee! Everything was clean and pristine but also comfortable. Large deck, fabulous yard, lovely sandy beach and fun dock with comfy chairs. Everyone loved it and will rent again!

2nd stay here was fantastic!

We came back to this home after a great stay last year. Perfect for our large family, including a wheelchair user and several teens/kids. Plenty of room and fun was had by all! We loved the umbrella on the dock and the huge kitchen so we could cook and serve easily. We will be back!

Sandy Cove Lake House

Your Sandy Cove Lake House was beautiful and was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for my entire family (6 adults and 4 kids). Access to the lake was very easy as the backyard is gently sloping. Everyone loved the house and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice!

My family of 11, ranging from 2.5 to 82 years old, stayed for 4 days in March 2025. We were blown away by the size and beauty of this house when we arrived- pictures did not do it justice. It was spotless and fully stocked with all the cooking, eating, and drinking utensils you could need. It also had an excellent selection of family games, both indoor and outdoor, which we enjoyed immensely. The family favorite was the old arcade game system, super cool! The house is set up perfectly for everyone to be together yet separate simultaneously, which is fantastic for big families like ours. The beach at the house was my kids favorite spot, and with all the comfortable seating options we could all enjoy it with them. The location of the house was also perfect. Our favorite activity outside the house was the kayak and boat rental service from Oconee Wild Watersports- can’t recommend them enough for the water sports, customized souvenirs, and delicious subs. Yes, all in one place! We rented a boat for a day which was an incredibly fun experience because we could dock at the house when we needed a short break, and the lake is so so beautiful. We left this vacation feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and planning our return trip for as soon as possible. Thank you again to the owners for sharing their little slice of heaven with us strangers, we truly appreciate everything you put into it and all your little details did not go unnoticed!

Wonderful views!

We booked this home for a weekend getaway with family during the holidays. We had dinner reservations at Reynolds which was only about a 15 minute drive from the house. My husband and I have 3 young children so the bunk beds with the bonus room attached was perfect for our family. The views are amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home!

Incredible lakefront experience

I rented Sandy Cove for our extended family over Thanksgiving. The home provided our family everything we needed to have a wonderful time. With 8 adults there was plenty of space to spend time both as a group and to spread out and relax. We mad use of the dock, the fire pit, cornhole, the ping pong table, and all of the separate but connected spaces indoors. We weee able to cook a 13 lbs turkey and had everything needed to heat up all the sides. The kitchen has enough space and counters that no one was on top of each other. We also took advantage of the covered patio and ate Thanksgiving dinner outside. There would have been plenty of space had we alternatively decided to stay indoors. Finally, it was clear that our hosts put thought into making sure we would have everything we needed. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving this year one we’ll never forget.

Great Extended Family Space

We had a wonderful time with family while attending a wedding in the area. The house was a great gathering place for adults and kids! Plenty for all to do without being on top of each other! Would definitely stay again!

Great spot for a family event

With enough bedrooms for everyone and access to the lake with our own little beach, our family event was a great success! The large kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the common areas are open with plenty to do. We enjoyed our time there very much!

Best place for fun family memories

Sandy Cove is the perfect place for a large family vacation! We'll talk about for years to come! The flat, ginormous back yard is perfect for playing yard games and even better for young kids to just run around. The beach is perfect for all ages but especially for the toddlers. And the dock was perfect for our boat (Fish Tales Marina is right around the corner and they have a boat ramp and self-serve gas). For our family, everyone had their own space and toilet :) Although, Hurricane Helene had just been through the area, thankfully the weather was perfect, so we were able to spend our days outside and, on the lake, as well as spend our evenings around the firepit or playing ping pong and poker inside. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities and more including a large crockpot. The hosts were great about answering questions before, during and after our stay especially seeing we were visiting right after Hurricane Helene. We will definitely book Sandy Cove when visiting the Lake Oconee area again. Thank you, Tammy and Steve, for sharing your beautiful home.

Great Lake House

We loved this lake house! It was the perfect set up and size for 2 families. Our kids loved all of the games provided and the bunk room. Plenty of space both inside and outside to relax and enjoy. Sandy beach was nice to have. We will definitely be back!

Easy Peasy Lake House

Great for multi generation family lake vacation. Adult Bedroom/Bath set up is perfect- all with great mattresses! Kids Quarters is amazing too! Beach entry play area provides all day relaxation and large yard is great for family fun! House is well stocked with both indoor and outdoor games/activities. Kitchen is I’llideal for cooking family style meals.

Family Haven @ Lake Oconee

This property cannot be fully appreciated until you get there. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s absolutely beautiful and a showstopper! It was our first trip to Lake Oconee and we traveled with family from all over the country. We had 16 in our group with ages ranging from 10 months to 73 years. There was something there for everyone to enjoy! The kids loved the toys, video games, beach, and dock, while the adults enjoyed the sprawling open spaces, comfy king beds, and outside sitting areas! The Publix was only 10 minutes away and Mellow Mushroom was 5 minutes away!! We were drawn to this home specifically for the beach entry to the lake. It was the only home we could find that didn’t have a straight drop off into the lake. This was very important to us since we were traveling with very young children! It was an absolute must for us! We rented a double decker boat with a slide from Young Harris Water Sports one of the days and it fit perfectly at the home dock. It was so convenient to be able to pick up and drop off family members throughout the day! We’ve never done a lake trip as a family before. We usually do beach trips! Now we want to be lake people. We were on Realtor.com all weekend trying to find a place like this home that was available to buy. We loved it that much! This home will now be our go to for all future Lake Oconee trips! Thank you Tammy and Steve for being wonderful hosts and sharing your gem of a home with us!! 😊

Great Stay

We had an amazing stay at this property! Our family of 15 enjoyed plenty of space, allowing us to spend quality time together without feeling cramped. The house and property were well-maintained. The dock was comfortable accommodating our two boats and making it easy to get in and out of the water. Additionally, any questions we had were promptly and professionally answered. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would recommend this property.

Great location and incredible property.

We spent four nights with two groups of friends and their respective families. The house was perfect for our group of 11 (6 adults, 5 teenagers). The property is incredible. The teenagers played football in the backyard and along the waters edge. We all enjoyed lounging in the dock. It was an incredible stay. Steve (owner) was always available. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay!

The property was great! We were able to accommodate our large group with everyone having their own space. The living space was large enough for everyone to hang out and the place was super clean. Great communication from owners.
