Summary:
This lovely property is right in the middle of what we call the Golden Triangle. It's very close to shops, excellent eateries and is the correct side of the City for the UEA, Hospital and research parks. It has a beautiful private courtyard garden.
* Warm and inviting terraced house with homely and cosy feel. It boasts antique furnishings in the bedrooms.
* Residential location within a 1 min walk to Unthank road shops/eateries. It's a 15 minute walk to the city centre.
* Fast WiFi with HD TV, streaming via Amazon Firestick on your own accounts.
* Two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom
* Fully equipped kitchen.
* On-street guest parking for one vehicle per stay
In the living room, you'll find a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick so you can stream your favourite shows by logging into your own netflix/amazon accounts.
The kitchen is simple and fully equipped, specifically for guests.
You’ll access the upstairs bedrooms via a somewhat steep flight of carpeted stairs. Please take note as this might not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
Both bedrooms have hotel-quality linens.
The master bedroom is generously sized with a striking en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and WC. There is a baby changing table in the bathroom available for use by guests.
The second bedroom is bright and airy with a large antique wardrobe.

This is a well cared for family home which is cosy and will provide a fantastic base for work or leisure guests. The stairs are steep and may not be suitable for children or elderly.

This area of Norwich is famous for is vibrant community feel. Many of the alumni of the UEA have lived in the Golden Triangle whilst studying. The food and drink is fabulous. A local tip - check out the Plantation Gardens a 10 min walk away.
Getting Around:
Very close to bus stops, city centre and about 10 mins in car from train station.

Please be mindful that you must have access to the application you booked your stay with i.e Airbnb etc.
