The villa itself spans a generous 210m² and features four bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, as well as an additional guest toilet. The spacious open-plan living and dining area seamlessly integrates with a fully equipped kitchen, offering a perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

In the front yard of Villa Beach Paradise, a barbecue grill awaits, perfect for savoring traditional Dalmatian delicacies. An expansive dining table seating eight people provides an ideal spot for shared meals. From here, you can access the central part of the villa, located on the ground floor, a space designed exclusively for relaxation and enjoyment. This area features a modern, well-appointed kitchen, a dining table for eight, a guest bathroom, and a spacious open living room with a generous sofa for unwinding, as well as a TV. For those inclined to stay active during their vacation, a pool house offers a treadmill and refreshing sunbeds next to the inviting outdoor heated swimming pool. Korcula, often referred to as the pearl of southern Dalmatia, enchants visitors with its charming walled old town, breathtaking coastal panoramas, picturesque fishing villages, and serene coves. As the sixth largest island in Croatia, Korcula stretches 20 miles in length and averages 4 to 5 miles in width, characterized by dense forests that gave it the name "Black Korcula" by the ancient Greeks. Away from the well-trodden tourist paths along the coast, the island's interior reveals a verdant landscape with panoramic vistas and hidden cultural treasures that can be explored on foot or by bicycle. The island's coastline is a haven of numerous bays and coves, with primary resorts including Korcula Town, often called "Little Dubrovnik" for its medieval squares, churches, palaces, and houses, as well as Vela Luka and Lumbarda. Prizba encompasses several smaller bays, including Podjamje, Danca, Mala, and Velika Prizba, along with two peninsulas: Ratak and Priscapac. On both sides of the Ratak peninsula, pebble beaches can be found, along with a car camp, restaurants, a coffee bar, a post office, and small shops. A small monastery of the Daughters of Mercy is located on Ratko, where Mass is celebrated every Sunday. Prizba offers the opportunity to rent a motorboat, allowing you to explore the islands situated approximately 800 meters from the coast. These uninhabited islands, including Vrhovnjak, Sritnjak, Crklica, and Stupa, offer numerous places for swimming and sunbathing.
