Known as a high-energy sociable persona, I love people and positive environments. During my last 4 career years in hospitality as a caffe/club manager, I developed a sociable persona, networked within the crowd, befriended hundreds of customers. That's where I figured out that I love to work with people from all over the world, which brought me in travel & tourism business. My holiday homes are hand-picked, personally acquired and my relationship with homeowners is built upon professionalism and trust.

My guests are always able to reach me and get any sort of information or help before arrival, during their stay or after their departure.

The holiday house Ana is located in the famous tourist town of Fazana in Istria. In "Fažana" almost everything is available at a pedestrian distance.

The "Plodine" supermarket is 850 m from home. There are numerous restaurants nearby. Some of them are the restaurant "Jedro" (550 m), "Arboretum Pub" (950 m), Tavern "Feral" (1.2 km) and restaurant "Batana" (1.4 km).

There are numerous beaches near the accommodation. The nearest beach is "Fažana", only 1.2 km away. At a distance of 4.4 km there is a beach “Hidrobaza”.

Near Fazana, is the most famous Croatian National Park "Brijuni". It is only possible to sail with the boat on the island of "Brijuni". The local shipping line sails at least 10 times every day. When you arrive at the Brijuni National Park, you can enjoy a walk, see zebra, lame and goats in Safari Park, see the remains of Roman ancient culture and dinosaur prints.

For adventure lovers, at a distance of 1 km there is an adrenaline park "Jangalooz", where you can enjoy activities adapted to all ages.

Der Supermarkt "Plodine" ist 850 m von zu Hause entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe. Einige von ihnen sind das Restaurant "Jedro" (550 m), "Arboretum Pub" (950 m), Tavern "Feral" (1,2 km) und das Restaurant "Batana" (1,4 km).

Es gibt zahlreiche Strände in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Der nächste Strand ist "Fažana", nur 1,2 km entfernt. In einer Entfernung von 4,4 km gibt es einen Strand „Hidrobaza“.

In der Nähe von Fazana ist der berühmteste kroatische Nationalpark "Brijuni". Es ist nur möglich, mit dem Boot auf der Insel "Brijuni" zu segeln. Die örtliche Schifffahrtslinie segelt mindestens 10 Mal jeden Tag. The entire garden of the holiday house Ana is private and for the use of only one group of guests.
The house is connected to another holiday home, "Kristina". The yard of the house "Kristina" is completely separated from the yard of the house "Ana".

In addition to the accommodation, there is a commercial ranch with horses, 200 m away. Guests can pay a horse riding instructor in their own arrangement and ride horses.

Your property is surrounded by untouched nature and a multitude of greenery.

Im Hof gibt es eine Hängeschaukel, Liegestühle und Spielzeug für Kinder.

Der gesamte Garten des Ferienhauses Ana ist privat und nur für eine Gruppe von Gästen bestimmt.
Das Haus ist mit einem weiteren Ferienhaus "Kristina" verbunden. Der Hof des Hauses "Kristina" ist komplett vom Hof des Hauses "Ana" getrennt.

Zusätzlich zu der Unterkunft gibt es eine kommerzielle Ranch mit Pferden, 200 m entfernt. Die Gäste können einen Reitlehrer in ihrer eigenen Arrangement bezahlen und Pferde reiten.

Ihr Eigentum ist von unberührter Natur und einer Vielzahl von Grün umgeben.
