Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the heart of the city's cultural and tourist center, where all the fun happens! It is next to renowned restaurants and bars in Porto, in a vibrant neighborhood.

It is about 300 meters from the Aliados Metro Station, and all major tourist attractions are within walking distance, such as: the Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, the Douro River with the famous Dom Luís Bridge, the Sé Cathedral, the Avenida dos Aliados, among many others. There are supermarkets, monuments, pharmacies, and shops nearby. At night, the surrounding streets offer the liveliest spots in the city.

To explore the riverside area of the city, we recommend boarding the number 500 bus near the São Bento Train and Metro Station. This line starts its journey in downtown Porto, passing through the Ribeira area, along the Douro River, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and ends at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you can savor the most typical fish dishes, seafood, and regional products from the north of the country.

You can request our transfer service whenever needed (contact us for the price).
A wide network of public transportation is available for your convenience.
The nearest metro station, Aliados, is just 350 meters from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A fee of 200€ per hour will be charged for check-outs after the authorized time.

If you lose the key, a cost will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon request.

For bookings of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV packages of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment that cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect our guests' stay. As such, we adhere to a transparency policy so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

The tenant agrees to allow entry to a staff member for property inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
