Villa Pasithea - breathtaking seaviews, infinity pool, privacy, close to beach

Dressed in white, with touches of the blue sky and the Ionian sea, villa Pasithea (2-bed/2-bath) offers a comfortable stay in fine island style. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor through, where one can find a double bedroom and bathroom. The views of the small green 'princes islands' including the Greek tycoon's Onassis island named Scorpios are simply unique!

The villa is located next to nature, just above the seafront village of Perigiali (500 m), hence enjoying these dramatic seaviews! Although extra effort will be needed walking uphill to reach the villa on the way back from the beach, the closest beach is just a 10min walk downhill. The villa is conveniently enjoying total privacy and quiet, yet it is so close (only 1km) to all watersport, restaurant, shops and conveniences of cosmopolitan Nydri. Car hire essential. Free WiFi.

View and villa are beyond expectation!

The view and villa are as indicated in other reviews, really nice. Could easily sit and enjoy the view all day, villa is well appointed and clean. Really enjoyed dining on the outdoor terrace. Highly recommend!

Fantastic villa lcoation

The property is situated in a superb location, the photos on the site do not do it justice. The villa is very well equipped and managed. The views are so good, you actually never want to go anywhere!!! :-) Hopefully, we will be coming back soon.

Great view!

The house is not spacious but the outdoor area is lovely and the view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped and Lydia, the proprietor, could not have been more helpful. Worthy of note- the road up to the house is steep, a bit twisty, narrow and a little rough in spots; some won’t enjoy it. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful restful stay in peaceful Pasithea villa

Everything was perfect. We were looked after from the point of booking by Eleni, being warmly welcomed by Lydia and John on arrival and given such kind care by John throughout our week's stay (which we wished could have been a month!). It is a very special house in a breathtaking position - up with peregrines and buzzards with a view that will draw us back next year - hopefully for a longer stay. Thank you

perfect villa

the villa is amazing for us, the location is amazing , the views are amazing. We wanted a quiet place to relax but with interesting view - this villa is perfect for this, the last villa at the top of a little road winding up the hillside overlooking Nidri . The interior and garden layout are very carefully considered and decorated, creating pockets of relaxation - we would sun ourselves by the pool, then when too hot wander over to the shaded seating area for a snooze! bliss Super friendly and informed host, easy. this is how all villa hols should be - see you next year . thanks!

Amazing!

We have just returned from this amazing location, you could not ask for a better view, from the peaceful sunrise over the hills each morning, I then spent many hours watching the activity on the water throughout the day. A peaceful haven... the villa is so well equipped, a real home from home, with attention to detail. Everything you need to hand. Ideally you do need a car as it is high up the hill, but well worth it!

My favourite ever villa!

We had the most fantastic fortnight at Pasithea, and highly recommend it. It’s superbly located, with incredible views, and the best-equipped house I’ve stayed at. From pool toys to air-con, welcome basket to games, little veg garden to candles and lanterns round the garden…Lydia has thought of everything. The villa and pool are kept immaculately clean, and the garden has so many special spots to sit and drink in the views. We loved swimming down at Perigiali beach too, and there is a lovely 40 minute circular walk (steep!) from the house which is a treat first thing in the morning. It’s so peaceful and quiet too. Loved it.

Fantastic villa with amazing views

We were met by John who showed us the way to the villa which is up a very steep hill and unmade road. The views are amazing and the villa absolutely gorgeous, well worth the slightly tricky drive up. Everything was beautifully clean and the welcome hamper much appreciated after our journey. We walked into Nidri most evenings for dinner and had a great meal every time, we came back in a taxi which was no problem at all about 10 euros (well worth it!) we wouldn’t hesitate to return it was an amazing holiday thanks to the villa, pool and views! Thank you John Lydia and Elini for being such wonderful hosts x

Fabulous holiday....amazing views

We stayed at villa pasithea in July this year, and I have to say it was an amazing villa with the most fantastic views and filled with everything you’d need for a fabulous holiday. It was very well appointed and with the added touch of the welcome pack, of food and drink is a lovely way to start your holiday. John, Lydia and Elena are great hosts and very welcoming. The infinity pool was my favourite place to be, we never wanted to leave the pool. The only thing I would say is the villa is up a steep hill, which might not be suitable for everyone, but it does give you the most amazing views. The town of Nydri, on the main road near the villa is full of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. I would definitely recommend this villa, book now to avoid disappointment!!

Stunning Views from excellent villa

We arrived in the dark so didn't see the stunning views until we woke the next morning! Wow what a fantastic location with the most amazing views of the islands. The villa is so well equipped with pool towels, lots of plates, cups,glasses etc as well as cling film,tin foil salt,pepper & everything you could ask for - a real home from home which is not always the case in some villas! It was a short taxi ride into Nidri at night & we hired a car for the day which would be essential for exploring the island. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa & if we return to Lefkas we would definitely stay here again! Many thanks Eleni,Lydia & John.

Amazing villa

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in the villa at the end of August. The views were breathtaking, the villa was cool and clean and the outside space was delightful. We had everything we needed and could easily have spent the whole week playing in the pool and taking in the view from the patio. We did venture to the beach and the town of Nidri however (it is walkable but walking back up the steep hill is quite a challenge). There were plenty of restaurants to choose from on the beach and lots of shops to browse. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Lydia was so kind, giving us lots of great recommendations for things to do on the island as well as stocking the fridge with provisions which meant we could begin relaxing as soon as we arrived. We would 100% recommend this villa!

Magical!

You will not be disappointed with this villa. It is well equipped, spotlessly clean and the views are absolutely stunning! We spent many hours just gazing out to sea watching the boats coming and going, it is so peaceful. There are many places to sit around the pool in the sun or shade. I loved sitting under the olive trees every morning with my coffee. When we managed to tear ourselves away from the villa we visited the local beaches, hired a boat for the day and ate out at lots of beautiful tavernas right on the waters edge. I think this has to be one of my favourite Greek islands. We would love to come back one day. Thanks so much to John & Lydia for making us feel so welcome and thanks to those who kept the villa and pool gleaming! Ben, Laura, Daisy & Ollie Jackson x

A Five-Star Villa Experience in Lefkada, Greece!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable villa in Lefkada, Greece for four nights, and our experience exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the gracious host, who ensured our check-in was seamless and provided us with invaluable recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The villa itself was an absolute haven of cleanliness and comfort. Every corner exuded an inviting ambiance, and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside. The attention to detail was exceptional, and it was evident that the host had put great effort into making our stay truly memorable. One delightful surprise was the thoughtfully stocked groceries that awaited us upon arrival. It was such a thoughtful gesture that instantly made us feel pampered and taken care of. We truly appreciated this personal touch. However, it was the breathtaking view and the luxurious pool that truly stole the show. Every morning, we woke up to the most picturesque scenery, and the view alone was worth a thousand words. Excellent villa with a remarkable sea view

We are two Bulgarian couples who stayed at the villa August 17-24, 2013. For the last 4 years we have spent our summer holidays renting villas on different islands in Greece and Southern France. Without a doubt this was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The description of the villa was properly formulated on the web and even what we saw exceeded our expectations. The house is situated very close to the main road and to Perigiali beach, which we have never visited. The villa has everything needed for a week or two stay – two bedrooms, bathrooms, wide ling room with kitchen, infinity swimming pool with sunbeds and big umbrella. It has an excellent terrace with a spectacular view to the sea and the islands around Lefkada. The property is well-maintained and perfectly clean. The only recommendation I provided to the owner is to install light above the barbeque, he promised to do it for 2014 season. During our stay we were visiting different beaches like Kathisma, Porto Katsiki, Gialos, Vasiliki and etc. I would recommend Kathisma and Gialos out of them. We found a very good restaurant in Agios Nikolaos, just on the beach, the manager speaks Bulgarian, give him best regards from Nikolay. I do not want to recommend the villa, I would like to keep it only for us. :-))

Simply Fantastic

The villa was excellent, spotless and extremely well fitted. The views are to die for and the pool was just perfect and cleaned regularly during the holiday. The road up to villa is a little steep but you'll understand why when you get there, we hired a compact level car and it was no problem at all. Elena was just lovely throughout all our contact with her and Argy was a great guide to the villa on our first night and had provided us with a lovely welcome pack. They simply could not have been more helpful and even provided a map with beaches and restaurants they felt were suitable for us with our 7 month old daughter. They also purchased a brand new travel cot and high chair to cater for us on our first holiday with our daughter so their customer service is genuine and superb. Location was great as only 40/45 min drive from Preveza and just up the hill from the main road from which you can easily travel around the whole island as we did. Nidri is 5 mins away and a lovely port town with all the shops, bars and restaurants you would ever need. Try Rouda bay and Amousa for lovely small swimming beaches, Porto Katsiki is stunning and a must but drive carefully and Kathisma is the most organised beach but restaurants were a little expensive. Vasiliki is the place to go for windsurfers and is an amazing view when so many are in the water together and for the best fish meal visit Sivota which is a quaint port village and restaurants all serving fresh catch of the day. Waterfalls during summer are apparently more like weak showers so we did not venture but all depends on time of year. A hire car is a must and the views from all around the island are fabulous so day tours are seriously recommended. We previously loved Kefalonia but Lefkada has potentially taken our hearts. Despite us having a very late arrival Lydia was in constant contact with us & everything was sorted for us when we arrived. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning & the villa was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. Great communication throughout from Lydia if we needed anything. Lefkada itself is beautiful & although our villa was in a very private & secluded spot we were only a short walk from Nidri. Would definitely return.

Droomuitzicht op prachtig eiland

Begin Mei verbleven wij een week in villa Pasithea. Via een steile, niet al te brede en ook niet geheel geasfalteerde weg, leg je de laatste 400 meter naar de villa af (per auto) wat een avontuur op zich is (zeker de eerste keer in het donker). Bij de villa aangekomen blijkt de tocht echter de moeite waard, een prachtig gelegen villa met een onvergetelijk uitzicht, goed ingericht met mooie tuin, lekker zwembad en vooral ook rustig gelegen. Contact en ontvangst met en door eigenaar verliep uitstekend. Villa ligt op ruim 5 autominuten van Nydri, leuke plaats met meerdere supermarkten en ruim voldoende restaurants, terrassen etc. Wij aten prima in The Barrel, Familia Restaurant en Sappore di Pepiri. Vlak buiten Nidri ligt het plaatsje Charadiatika met restaurant Pavlos, niet te missen voor liefhebbers van de authentieke Griekse keuken en sfeer. Lefkas is een bezoek verder meer dan waard., een groen en bergachtig eiland met vooral aan de andere kant van het eiland prachtige zandstranden. Niet te missen is ook een dagtocht met de boot rondom de naburige eilanden. We hadden een geweldige vaardag op M/S Christina met schipper Stelios en zijn Engelse echtgenote Jane. Zeer aan te raden !! Ondanks het wat tegenvallende weer hadden we een heerlijke week, dank aan Lydia, Elena en John van villa Pasithea voor al hun goede zorgen.

Unterkunft traumhaft

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Zur Ankunft hat John uns empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Zusätzlich erwartete uns ein Willkommens-Korb gefüllt mit Wein, Käse, Trauben, Toastbrot, Bananen, Schinken, Butter und Honig. Der erste Tag war gerettet! Die Aussicht war traumhaft sowie der Pool und das ganze Anwesen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Das einzige was zu berücksichtigen ist, dass die Anfahrt sehr steil ist und man ein PS-stärkeres Auto haben sollte. Das Haus kann nur weiterempfohlen werden.

A villa with a view to die for.

This was the first time we had visited Lefkas, so we didn't know the areas of where best to stay. So we thought we would take a gamble and just go by the pictures of the villas. This villa did not disappoint at all! From the initial contact with Eleni everything was smooth sailing, and she was most helpful with any questions. We arrived at Perveza airport and made a quick phone call to let the owners we were on our way. We were met a short distance from the villa by John, who guided us to the villa. It is said that first impressions last, and this was no disappointment, the view from the villa was breathtaking. The villa itself has all mod-cons that you would expect these days, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and lovely bedrooms. We both sleep like babies :) But honestly you go on holiday to enjoy the sunshine and the outside space of the villa is it's true selling point. Being outside in the warm sunshine with that view was great. The pool was lovely to cool off in at the hottest part of the day. You do pay for the view though, and it is a steep walk up and down the hill to get to the tavernas in Nydri. We did it a couple of times, and then used the car the other times. I would say its a 30 to 40 minute walk to Nydri from the villa, at a slow pace. Driving to Nydri only took a few minutes. The villa was totally private and not overlooked, which makes you completely relax. We had the pool man clean the pool twice while we were there, he was very friendly and gave us some good tips of places to visit. I would recommend this villa for a quiet and relaxing holiday. If you want a place where you like the idea of drinking a few glasses of wine while you look at stunning scenery then this is the place. Thank you so much for letting us use your villa and introducing us to your beautiful island. We will be back.

Indeed, our villa offers truly unbelievable and uninterrupted views! This of course is owed to the fact that a) it is not far from the coast and b) uphill. There two factors constitute these fabulous views which are happily enjoyed by every guest of ours. A car is always recommended by us, even to the fittest of guests, as apart from the daily routes nearby, the island of Lefkas offers endless choices of places and beaches for exploration! On another note, we thrive to make your stay as comfortable as possible and try to best accommodate any special requests our guests might have. We will be delighted to have you back with us!

Stunning views and a lovely villa

We loved staying at Pasithea - it was like a little paradise perched on a hill with the most beautiful views. The villa was very well appointed and was immaculately clean. It's within easy reach of Nydri which has all the shops you need. The pool was lovely and cool and in a lovely setting. We'd definitely come back to stay and really recommend Pasithea and the lovely owners.

I always liked the Perigiali area... my family and me truly fell in love with the seaviews from this villa... so when we first saw it we knew it was what we were looking for... our guests share our views...
