The space
This boutique style apartment is completely unique to Loughborough and only really seen in larger cities. The Gate offers a hotel style stay with a luxury swimming pool and fully equipped gym. The block has been interior designed throughout with a semi industrial tone. All kitchens include, fridge, freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, oven/separate grill, extractor and electric induction hob. The kitchen specification is very high, with Bosch appliances and Quartz work tops. The apartment benefits from a large bathroom with bath and shower and ensuite to master bed. A very spacious apartment with two good sized double bedrooms with drawers, clothes rail and shoe storage .
Other things to note
I will normally be available to greet guests but for times I might not be available there is a secure, convenient lock box.

All guests must be booked in
No extra guests that haven’t been booked in allowed.


The main building, swimming pool and Gym is accessed by a Fob. It is very important that
this is kept with you at all times when out of the apartment as you will not be able to enter the building. A lost fob will incur a charge of £40.

The pool and gym are open to guests between the hours of 6am-10pm 7 days a week.

There is one parking space allocated to the apartment. You must park in the designated space to avoid disruption with people in other apartments.
