Skillfully designed to maximise the glorious Waterway views, the house is designed with elegant bedrooms on the first floor and an open plan kitchen/dining room and living rooms on the second floor. Beautiful, panoramic views can be enjoyed from the delightful summerhouse, a perfect vantage spot to sit and relax and watch the ever-changing Haven Waterway. Luxury fitted kitchen, with wine fridge, and a dining area with fantastic views. The elegant lounge has an oil burning stove perfect for cosy nights. Doors from the lounge open into a small study from where there is access across a bridge to the rear lawn. Follow the steep stone steps up from the lawn to the summerhouse.
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is on your doorstep and a short walk away along this is the local pub, great for bar meals in the conservatory overlooking the Waterway. Various boat trips leave from the Marina - Shearwater Safaris, trips to the bird islands of Skomer and Grassholm, Dale Sea Safari Wildlife Adventures, Pembrokeshire Cruising as well as trips exploring the inland âSecret Waterwayâ with its quiet inlets, waterside pubs and restaurants.
Brunel Cycle Trail, starting (or ending) at Neyland Marina Brunelâs Trail is part of the Celtic Trail from Chepstow to Fishguard via Swansea. Traffic-free and well signed, with some gentle climbs, this is a popular shared-use path which links Neyland, once the western terminus of Brunelâs Great Western Railway, with Johnston and Haverfordwest. The Trail follows the picturesque Cleddau Estuary through Westfield Pill Nature Reserve, along the now disused Great Western Railway line to Johnston and then north to Haverfordwest along a path which runs parallel to the railway.
