The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for six, a sitting room with TV with FreeSat box and woodburning stove and a second-floor snug with TV Nintendo console and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a twin and a second-floor twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a small patio style forecourt garden, running across the front elevation of the property with furniture and roadside parking with CCTV outside of the property. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please be aware that there is restricted head height in the second-floor twin bedroom and snug. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Haworth is 1 mile away, and Hebden Bridge and Skipton are 7 miles away.
