A wonderful helpful host, lovely property and super convenient for all that the town has to offer. We travelled with 3 small children and it managed to fit us all in. Our kids loved the friendly neighbours and daily walk to Valley Gardens. We loved the convenience.
We returned to Harrogate to reminisce after having lived in the area previously. The home is lovely, beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you might need, and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Communication was great well before we arrived and we were taken care of. I might caution elderly guests about the steep stairs, but we managed them fine. We ranged in ages 20-57. Would definitely stay again. Such a wonderful visit!

Location. Couldnât have been better, right in the heart of the town, with shops restaurants and bars within short walking distance.
We are Tilly, Wayne and Erin and this is our story (so far). After living in the big smoke and leading the London lifestyle, we decided to move back up to Wayneâs home county, Yorkshire for a slightly slower pace of life. We settled in Harrogate and made it home for 10 years.
When our daughter came along (well 4 years after when we finally plucked up the courage and made the move) we decided to go in search of the rural idyll with the possibility of starting our own family business. It was a move I was unsure of as I am an âout and outâ urbanite so keeping our gorgeous home in Harrogate (No 19) and turning it into a holiday let allowed me to still have a slice of the urban lifestyle yet the flexibility to start my family business from afar.
Fast forward 4 years and we have opened Hawks Barn in Horton in Ribblesdale in the amazing Yorkshire Dales National Park and our latest luxury holiday let, No. 11 in Harrogate, to expand our portfolio. We are loving life in the Dales and look forward to our next chapter.
