Dim Art Villa - With Private Pool

Dim Art Traditional Villa is located in a village flooded with colors and art in Margarites, Rethymno. This is a traditional two-storey house, 300 m², with swimming pool, able to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Built just 200 m from the center of Margarites village, one of the most beautiful villages in the province of Rethymnon.



- The space

The house consists of two floors, beautifully decorated, with traditional touches and discreet luxury. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 X 2 m, with wardrobe, air conditioning and terrace with direct access to the pool. A second bedroom has been designed as a children's room with suitable furniture for our little friends. The ground floor also has an open plan living room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a 42-inch smart TV and a large dining room for 12 people so you can enjoy your meals with family or friends. On the ground floor there is also a fully functional kitchen, fully equipped with all electrical appliances, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine and all items for preparing and serving your meals. Finally, on the ground floor there is a comfortable bathroom with shower.

On the first floor of the house the visitor will find four bedrooms. The first one has a double bed measuring 1.60 X 2m, a balcony with sea view, closets, air conditioning and its own bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed measuring 1.60 X 2, it also has a balcony with sea view, wardrobe and air conditioning. The third and fourth bedrooms of the villa are each equipped with two single beds 1,40 X 2, have their own balcony, closets, mirror and air conditioning. On the first floor you will also find a stylish living room with fireplace, smart TV and an impressive balcony with outdoor seating area and great sea views to enjoy your drink or coffee during your holiday. Finally, on this floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

Enjoy your swimming and the sun of Crete in a beautifully landscaped area, which we created with great passion for you. The outdoor area of ​​the villa has a swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue dining area and a wood oven, a sink as well as a ping pong table for sports fun. Enjoy all the colors and aromas that the Cretan land offers to its visitors.

Villa DIM ART TRADITIONAL VILLA, is 25 km from the center of Rethymnon and just 16 km from the nearest beach. The village of Margarites is one of the most beautiful villages of Crete, with a rich history and a long tradition in the art of pottery. Walk in the alleys of the village and admire the countless decorative ceramics that are everywhere, live up close the experience of processing the clay, by the experts, who in the traditional way make masterpieces. In the village you will also find a plethora of shops to get what you need during your stay such as, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy and many cafes and taverns with excellent food. The nearest airport is Nikos Kazantzakis Airport in Heraklion, 70 km away.
