Llys yr Eifl is a superb semi-detached house resting in Trefor, Gwynedd and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dining seating for six people, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV via Amazon Firestick and a conservatory with TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, furniture and climbing frame, as well as off-road parking for two cars and unrestricted roadside parking also available. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4
miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog allowed. A highchair, cot and stairgate are available. There is a step down to the ground-floor shower room and utility. This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £300.
