At your disposal are 317 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property over 1000 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people who will be arranged in 4 bedrooms containing 4 large double beds. There are also 4 bathrooms with showers, of which master has shower and bathtub, and one separate toilet.

The living room consists of a sofa, coffee table and TV, and next to it there is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. In the modern kitchen you will prepare meals for the whole family or a group of friends.

On the outdoor terrace you will bathe in a pool of 50 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. Next to it there are 8 sun loungers, an outdoor gas grill, and there is a covered outdoor dining table with 8 seats, and a sitting garden furniture.

Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and the villa also has one toilet. If children come with you on holiday, you can use a feeder and a cot.

You can also use the indoor sauna where you can relax while enjoying complete luxury.
Novigrad is an ancient town located on a peninsula on the west coast of Istria, exactly halfway between Umag and Poreč.
