The complex is completely enclosed by thick, tall hedges to prevent nosey neighbours! You can enjoy complete privacy in the house, the pool and on the terraces.
On the main floor there is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and big sitting room, all beautifully decorated, spacious, modern, full of light, with large windows offering a view of the Bay of Roses. Just in front is the main terrace with sun loungers and a large pool (9x5m).
On the lower floor there are three large suites, two with a shower and air conditioning, one with a large bathroom with shower, hydromassage bath and sauna. On this floor there is a kitchenette and a couple of sofas designed as a communal area.
Villa Balmes awaits you fully-equipped, with the beds made, towels ready for bathing and some small welcome gifts to guarantee your wellbeing from the start.
