Luxury villa in Mostar is modern, newly built villa that provides a sense of luxury. It is situated in the small and peaceful village Gnojnice, just 10 minutes drive from Mostar.
A large outdoor pool, outdoor furniture, modern interior and breathtaking mountain views are just some of the reasons why this villa should be your choice for a holiday with family or friends.
The villa is fully equipped for the guests, it is fenced, and guests are provided with complete privacy and peace.

The villa features two apartments both having bedrooms with large double beds, two cozy living rooms with a TV and a view of the pool. The whole property has available and fast WIFI.

In the bedrooms, in addition to large double beds, there are also wardrobes. Both bedrooms have a beautiful view of the garden of the house, as well as a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

Both living rooms have sofas that can be used as comfortable sofa beds. Both kitchens are open plan kitchens and are equipped to make it easier for guests to prepare food and drinks. The kitchens have a kettle, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, blender.
Next to the kitchen there is a dining area.

Both apartments have spacious bathrooms, with all toiletries and a walk in shower.

The main outdoor area is the walkout terrace from the living/dining room, leading to a stunning area with a big pool. The pool area is provided with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower.

In the garden there is also an outdoor area for relaxing, sitting and dining, as well as barbecue facilities. This place is great for escaping into the shade from the intense heat, enjoying good food and drink, hanging out with family or friends. The outdoor area also has a bathroom.

There no stairs so its perfect for people who can't climb stairs or in a wheelchair. The living room is with a sofa bed, armchairs and TV.
The villa is fully prepared for guests, given the high fence around the yard, complete privacy and silence is provided for guests.
